Experiencia negativa: It's run OK, but the place is kind of dark, and that make it look dirty. My main complaint is when you drop a UPS package off, they don't give you a receipt, and that's kind of ridiculous. Often when you are returning something, you want to verify that you actually mailed it. With them you can't and just have to take their word for it. This is tacky, makes for uncertainty and confusion, and not a good way to do business.

Experiencia fantástica: Whenever I need important paperwork and business done, I come here, where I know everything will be done professionally and neatly!! My computer skills aren't that good, sending copies to an email and all that office stuff. If I need a fax sent, email to email, copies, etc., I just tell them what I need and they do the rest. The wait isn't very long, sometimes I'm waiting a little while, but I'm patient and they'll get to me in a few minutes. I always drive to this store wherever I am in the city, no matter how far away, because they know what they're doing and it will be right the first time.

Staff walked away without letting me know if someone would be with me soon or at all. Once another staff addressed me, he was courteous and helpful. Services I visited for were notary and laminating. Experiencia fantástica: This place is black owned, and see the problem is this. Black own businesses get a bad reputation because of how the conduct business relations with customers (mostly). Now. Not all black own businesses are terrible, but the ones that are, create this stigma for all black businesses. However, the employees at this particular business I'm referencing are horrible. Mostly kids. That have attitudes when someone states the obvious. They are lazy, and don't know how to solve simple issues related to their services This place gets a thumbs down in every area. And they are slow af.

Experiencia negativa: I only added the star to post what JUST happened. I went in to pick up the order I gave to a woman employee (wasn’t working today) over the phone and via email. The teenage employee couldn’t find the order. After seeing the order in their system, he and an adult male frantically searched for my business cards and thank you cards. They were not there. Instead of admitting this mistake as if I couldn’t physically SEE THEM searching foe what should be there....the adult man finally came over to me from where he was chilling with a friend and asked what the problem was...as if the young man hadn’t approached him 5 times for assistance and he helped him look. So I explained AGAIN. He searched for the product then came back to the pc and looked at the order. He finally said I’M SORRY WE CAN’T DO THIS ORDER FOR YOU. I saved all my energy for this review. Because that was a disgusting experience. Lesson learned. Never again.

I can drop off UPS, FedEx or USPS packages here without going multiple places. The staff has been very friendly each time I've visited. This is my new go to place to sending packages or shipping materials.

Experiencia negativa: Never again will I go to this place. I went last year and although the experience was kind of eery I gave them the benefit of the doubt. However, what I experienced today was utterly disrespectful and unprofessional. I went to have something notarized, the lady at the counter wrote all over my documents, logged the notary, took my ID, verified it was me, than asked me: "how do we know you are the Executive Director of this business." I was speechless at that point. She stated I will have to verify you are the Executive Director. At the point, I told her no need to go through the hassle, I will go somewhere else. I also informed her of the purpose of a notary that is to confirm my identity in which she had done with my Id, not my position or title in life. She handed me my paperwork and walked away. I wasted 20 minutes in this place and left with nothing but humiliation.

Experiencia fantástica: My first experience with Hallstarz occurred on 8.28.18 when I went to the business and spoke with Mario regarding the need to have a ad/souvenir booklet printed. After speaking with Mario regarding what I was looking for based on speaking with several other printers, I was provided a more than fair price and the date of delivery of the product was perfect. My follow-up to make payment for the booklets and review what the final product would look like occurred on 9.1.18 and I was helped by Martez. The test booklet that was printed looked amazing, I was thoroughly impressed. I picked my complete order up (200 booklets) on 9.5.18 with a few days to spare for my event. The customer service was very good. Great job Hallstarz this is the beginning of a long term business relationship.!

Experiencia negativa: Currenlty, I am not having a great experience with the Drivers Education program. I have received conflicting information. I decided to withdrawl my son. When I went to get the refund, I was told 45 minutes. Now an hour has passed, no resolution. No sign of the person authorized to give refunds. Very disappointed. I wanted to support BOB. Update: I had to wait until the next day for a cashier's check for a refund. I wouldn't say don't attend, but all the employees need to have a clear understanding of the contract and know a parent must be present with supporting documents before signing up a teen.

Lucky me, I called and was told not only would I be able to get same day service, but they have special deals for obituaries. I came in with my flash drive, walked out with beautiful copies that brought my graphics to life. They have themselves a new customer.

They may be expensive but trust me they are worth every penny you spend. If you already have an instructor, do your road test with them. They are patient, professional and very thorough. My hat goes off to both Mario and Milton. Milton because he was my instructor and a very good one and Mario because i did my road test with him. He is very calm which makes you do your very best.

Experiencia negativa: I have been supporting this place for years. But recently, I went to print a few black and white copies out with the intention to use the Hallstarz card and the copying machine. The machine was controlled by vendor as indicated on the copier. Thus, the representative told me to use the computer to get my copies. But then after charged me for using the computer, which resulted in an unfair charge to my inquiry. This place was once a place of honesty but recently the honestly and integrity seems to be in question

Experiencia fantástica: I am a businesswoman who sometimes does contract work (1-4 months) in that area of Michigan, but my home base is in Charlotte, NC. I'd shipped my clothes and shoes in boxes via US postal service at beginning. the USPost boxes all arrived damaged and not reusable. when I left Michigan, I drove my rental mini-SUV to this Hallstarz office with about 15 garbage bags (!!) of clothes and 2 boxes of shoes and such. THIS WAS A "TURN-KEY" service, people!!!!! a young man unloaded all my stuff, packed it carefully just behind the desk, in front of me, taped the boxes well and shipped out FedEx.....for LESS than I paid at US post office. no buying boxes, packing myself....no hauling said boxes to a line at a post office where I had to enlist someone in line to help me lift the boxes onto the US postal counter! did I mention Hallstarz was LESS costly than the wretched post office experience?? also, do NOT let the somewhat grungy appearance of the city block disturb you: the place is very clean and nice and safe. all 3-4 young men working this office were professional, very well groomed and wearing business logo polo shirts. they all were so polite and genuinely nice. VERY RESPECTFUL: nice to know there are still business which instill such values into their customer service. they even made sure I had their phone number, in case I got lost finding the airport. btw, the airport is an easy 30 min drive on an interstate; I was just unfamiliar with the area and worried. all of my boxes arrived 3 business days later (I'd said I wanted least costly delivery and that time wasn't important), in great condition. I have never had such an easy time shipping my clothes! I will be using this Hallstarz every time I'm in that area. Marlene Brogan,M.D.
