Experiencia negativa: My daughter keeps failing the test. All three of my children who have tested their states none of the questions on the test are in the book. I called to ask some questions and to schedule an appointment and was refused an appointment and then hung up on. My daughter had told me that the lady at the front is very rude, but I thought she was being dramatic. After speaking with some friends and co-workers it turns out there is a lot of negative opinions for this place. Terribly sad that people have to be so rude.

Experiencia negativa: I am deeply disappointed with my dad’s experience at this driving school. My father, who has 37 years of driving experience, came here to take his driving test. Unfortunately, it was clear from the start that he was being unfairly targeted simply because he is a foreigner. Despite his extensive experience, the examiner failed him for reasons that seemed exaggerated and unjustified. To make matters worse, the school immediately pushed to schedule another appointment for a retake, which felt more like an attempt to extract more money rather than a genuine effort to help. This behavior is not only unprofessional but also unethical. Everyone deserves to be treated with fairness and respect, regardless of where they come from. It’s disheartening to see a business take advantage of someone in this way. I cannot recommend this driving school to anyone, especially to those who may not be native to the area or country. I hope they reconsider their practices and treat all clients with the integrity they deserve.

Experiencia negativa: I’m going to be going somewhere else because while I took my test each time I heard teacher’s bragging about failing students when in bad moods and joking about it and then one of the times I took my test the teacher replied there are multiple right answer just depends on which one is more right to the person grading therefore I take that as your choosing to fail students especially considering each time I took my test I was only one question off each time but somehow always ended being off by one even when I would study for it multiple night’s in a row I’d also like to state I know even if your studying doesn’t mean you’ll get the answers right but I worked super hard and knew there was no way with how much I studied and retook the test that I was off by one every single time( before a staff member comments and says very unlikely to what I have written it seems you guys like to deny your customers experience and not own up to your stuff how can you deny what’s going on in your work place when multiple people have said the same thing and even remembers the person name who was being rude big red flag)

Experiencia fantástica: Can't recommend them enough!! I didn't take drivers ed, took my skills test twice at B&B, and was failed both times. By the same instructor (who also kept making offhanded, rude comments about my driving) as well. At All Seasons, my instructor was kind, respectful and courtious and passed me despite inevitably getting some points marked off. Test here if you want to be tested fairly and treated with respect!

Experiencia fantástica: I’m almost 25 years old paid for my drivers Ed at 21 did online courses due to Covid and did a few drives with instructors. But due to not being able to go practice with anyone and then my permit expired i wasn’t able to finish. I got my permit renewed this year finally able to practice and scheduled my written and passed I also am waiting on my skills test soon. I’ve really enjoyed going through all seasons drive school!

The language barrier and excitement almost "paralyzed" me, but the instructor calmed me down, tried to give the task as briefly and clearly as possible - a real professional! Experiencia negativa: I got inappropriate grade just because I couldn't understand what was instructor saying! Before the exam I begged for translator but received "No" as the answer! In the result minus 8 points just because of language barrier, but I did what he asked! I failed because of those 8 points! I strongly with the results, this is not objective! I'm in America only 3 months and have never learned english before! Now I attend ESL.

Experiencia fantástica: Two of my children have completed school here- read some other reviews-and those poor reviews have not been our experience- my perspective is that it is a teachers job to 'teach' and a 'learners' job to learn- neither can blame poor results on the other alone. Our Male driver, 5 years post class-no accidents or fenderbenders. Female driver, 3 years post class,-Same- 3rd child now starting and am expecting the same great training--only time will tell if she will 'learn'.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff were very welcoming. I was very nervous about my driving test however my instructor had a demeanor that was calming and they had great communication making it easy to understand what they were asking of me.

Experiencia negativa: My nephew turns 16 todaynd he was all excited to do his drive all seasons driving school here in spokane Valley washington. He got a call that the instructor was sick and that he needs to reschedule his appointment,so I call down to All season to schedule and appointment only to find out the reason he can't do his drive today is because everyone's out camping. I think that they were very unprofessional of this so called driving school and when they cancel on you, shouldn't it be the instructors/ drive schools responsibility to reschedule you. I'm very displeased with the employees here. Now my nephew has to wait until September to get in. Makes me so mad. So for future reference parents I do not recommend taking your child/ young teen adults to All seasons. Thank you !!!

Experiencia positiva: All seasons is an okay place to go to. The cost of the class was extremely high (like $530) but it’s like that anywhere. I paid for my whole school at 15 and with that price tag you should expect a professional, learning environment. That’s not particularly what i got. first off they don’t really grade your work so most people don’t do it/ do it poorly and they just hand out the answers. they actually grade the final tests though. And the knowledge in the books they had wasn’t too helpful. i already knew a bit about driving and cars before hand so it wasn’t new to me but for someone whos really just beginning it could have been tricky for them to actually learn to drive and i think i honestly only took away like 2 things from that course (which was what to do while hydroplaning and to pump your breaks in snow) I see people talking about the staff and how they’re unfriendly but honestly the staff are great. friendly and funny people. Since i went there for my school i’m not sure how other schools are but All seasons wasn’t anything really special

Experiencia negativa: This place conned me out of $50. I went to 911 on Maple and Francis instead and they were amazing. Stay AWAY from All Seasons. The staff at 911 made me feel comfortable and welcomed. Anyone with anxiety should go to 911 and avoid this place.

Experiencia negativa: They are super unfriendly here, tests are costing 10 to 20 dollars for than advertised. You show up, pay a different price. Lots of places to go in the Spokane area, I'd recommend anywhere else but here. Even the manager gives you mouth when you ask ask why the higher prices

Experiencia negativa: My daughter liked the actual drive instructor but that was the only positive. The lady who answers the phone "Jo" is rude and incompentent. Received a final bill in the mail with $62 worth of late fees on a $300 bill, when I called to pay and asked why there were late fees on the bill I was told an email bill was sent. No email was ever received other than the Zoom session emails so I asked her to forward the original email. Magically she couldn't find it and would have to call me back. Today is week 3 of waiting for a callback and my wife ended up paying because my daughter gets her license tomorrow. Basically theft of $62 since they did not ever actually bill us correctly. Go somewhere else.

Experiencia negativa: Need work on their customer service. My son had to cancel 2 drives due to an emergency surgery and then getting back in for scheduling got difficult through the summer. As I tried to explain this and get his drives scheduled to get him finished the lady I spoke with got very impatient, spoke over me and only talked about how it was my fault. We had an ok experience until dealing with this lady but now I wouldn’t recommend them and will choose another school for our third teen

Experiencia positiva: I didn't take drivers Ed and had to wait until I was 18 to take my driving test. Failed the first time but passed the second, Russell was very friendly and didn't make me feel pressured. He passed my 2nd try with a 90.

Experiencia negativa: Wow! How can taking a driving permit test be a horrible experience? Well, Melanie at All Seasons Driving School made sure of that. Melanie’s attitude was horrible. She was rude and then treated my son and I incredibly unprofessionally. One nice thing about Melanie was that she does not discriminate. She was treating everyone the same, very poorly. Sadly, this seems to be the attitude of the entire staff as we have had more than one poor experience at All Seasons Driving School. Well, we won’t have another!

I almost had the feeling that she wanted me to fail. I would advise others to steer clear and go somewhere else. They might be the cheapest but the price reflects the service.

Experiencia negativa: I made an appointment a week ago. When I showed up, I was told they "aren't using the cars for testing right now, because of the snow". The snow that fell last week. They could have called me. Instead, they let me take an hour long bus trip and waste my anxiety medication on nothing. I have two weeks before surgery limits my upper body movement, at which point I will not be able to take this test until the end of summer. The fact that they could not even be bothered to contact me or let me know at the time that their provided, advertised services would be restricted in that way was incredibly disrespectful. I'll be sure to return the favor by testing through another company.

Experiencia negativa: Don't go here. If i had read more of the negative reviews I wouldn't have wasted the $40 to take the driving test. He marked me for the littlest things. He wasn't even paying attention to how i was driving. I had checked my mirrors and used my signals yet i was marked as if i hadn't. Apparently everyone else failed their tests as well that day. What are the odds that the same thing happened to another reviewer also?

Everyone who was in the office failed the written knowledge test as well. It seems suspicious to me. What are the odds everyone failed?! It is not graded on a conputer either. Its graded by the staff member. They begged us to retake it for another $20. We got hustled. Unprofessional.

Experiencia fantástica: Really awesome driving school. Instructors are personable and know what they're doing. Very affordable with payment plans which is awesome for lower or fixed income families. I graduated here four years ago and have not been in a wreck or accident.

Experiencia fantástica: An absolutely terrific school! The people are there are really nice and are fun teachers. Unfortunately I had to take my drive test with B & B but I wish I could’ve taken it with All Seasons. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Experiencia negativa: Worst place to try to get a DL. Take your test on the Northside or different place if you don't want to waste your $. Natzi lady instructor took me through the only light in Spokane that turns from yellow to red in .5 seconds and so happened to turn yellow just as we were beginning to go through intersection and failed me even though the rest of the drive was perfect. I feel like I just got hussled at a carnival.
