Experiencia fantástica: Thank to God I passed my road test on Wednesday , October 09th 2024. I highly recommended this driving school to everyone. They have all you need to pass your driving test . Felix was my instructor for my 5 driving lessons, he taught me very well, was patient and friendly to me thanks to him and to all the Cross way driving school’s team you are just the best !!!

Experiencia negativa: Que mal servicio al cliente, la nueva chica que está atendiendo me hizo esperar más 40 minutos, no encontraba el certificado, al final ni me explico, donde iba ser el examen de manejo. El certificado siempre estuvo ahí, simplemente no supo buscar.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a wonderful experience with Avian. From the first day, Susana was very helpful and answered all of my questions. Michael was excellent instructor. He made me feel comfortable and was very patient with me. He always kept me calm during moments when I didn’t think I was doing a good job. Overall an amazing instructor. The escort to the testing site, Isidra, was also great. She was giving us last minute reminders. She was reassuring and rooting us on testing day. Highly recommend this school. I avoided driving school for most of my life due to bad experiences, but thanks to Avian I passed on the first try!

Experiencia fantástica: I recently had a great experience with Avian Driving School. The staff there is extremely professional and helpful. I enrolled in their package with 5 lessons because I already knew how to drive but wanted to ensure I was fully prepared for the test. My instructor, Felix, was fantastic. He provided excellent feedback, explanations on how to correct and improve, and he was incredibly patient throughout the lessons. I also want to mention how accommodating and super nice Susana, the receptionist, was when it came to scheduling or rescheduling lessons, sending out reminders, and answering all my questions. Their cars are clean and in good working condition, both during the lessons and during the test. They definitely helped me to be a better driver overall, and I do feel like the feedback I have received during the lessons helped me to pass my road test. It was a really positive experience preparing for my road test with this driving school, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great learning experience.

From the moment I signed up, the entire process was smooth and professional. The staff members were friendly, helpful, and courteous making it easy to schedule my lessons and answer any questions I had. I had the best instructor, Marilenny. She is patient, knowledgeable, and was truly dedicated to helping me become a confident and safe driver. With her it wasn't about how many classes I booked, it was about being skilled and confident on the basic to more advanced skills and making the most out of every session. I booked 6 classes with her and passed my road test on my first attempt. Marilenny provided constructive feedback in a supportive manner. Her calm demeanor and encouragement made me feel at ease, even when I was nervous. Experiencia fantástica: When starting my lessons I already knew how to drive but the introductor I had helped me perfect in all areas and taught me how to park. They could be a little more flexible with rescheduling and cancellation rules, other than that a great school. Passed my test the first try. Again I had a great instructor, now I feel confident to drive by myself! My instructor had me take a class the day of my class which was very helpful.

Experiencia fantástica: I enjoyed the services so much! Purchased package 1, got my 5 hour scheduled, 1 lesson scheduled the day before my exam and literally passed on the try get. Big shout out to Virmary and Jose for their professionalism!

Experiencia negativa: I signed up for classes here when it was I believe 2nd day post grand opening the receptionist there is very nice and I purchased a package 4 lessons 5 hr class and road test with loaner car. Instructors were very nice I had Jose and Anibelle. The problem was day of road test I was told to be in front of school at 830 school doesn’t open till 9 was waiting around for about 1 hour because other instructor had no acces to office to obtain my 5 hr certificate when instructor comes to office the car I paid for was old and one I never practiced on AND was basically falling apart gas acceleration terrible clutch broke while taking road test it was like something out of a comedy skit which in turn cost me my pass in which I failed. The organization was terrible I was in the car 2.5 hours before getting to test site not to mention I had to wait another 45 min in car for another student to take a pre road test lesson at Crossway driving school which I had no idea they were affiliated with on east 167th st the whole ordeal the back and forth is not something one should deal with when you are already a bundle of nerves pre road test it was unprofessional and inconsiderate the car was packed with 4 other students. My experience with this driving school was sub par unfortunately I recommend going elsewhere cheaper and more organized.
