She always arrived to pick me up on time, was a joy to learn from, and provided me with all the knowledge and practice needed to pass the road test. Everything went smoothly, and I passed the road test on the first try because of what I learned with Sure-Drive. I would highly recommend Sure-Drive to anyone who wants to minimize stress and take the guesswork out of the learning process.

Experiencia fantástica: I was really pleased with the instruction provided to my daughter from Sure Drive. We signed her up for the 2 hr session to prep for the road test. They picked my daughter up from school, which was really convenient. My daughter did not pass the first time. This is NOT a reflection of Sure Drive or her instructor, Sarah. My daughter was very nervous. Sarah reached out after finding out my daughter didn't pass. Sarah took my daughter out for an additional 1 hr driving session (for free!!) to make sure she was prepared. I highly recommend Sure Drive if your looking for additional driving instruction for your loved one.

Experiencia negativa: Entrusted my sister to take lessons with this driving school, instead, she came home insecure and incredibly upset. Driving instructor Sara asked my sister if she was born a man, on top of many other inappropriate racist comments about POC, and children with autism. When contacting the school management directly about it, the individual on the other end of the phone met us with “I don’t know what you want me to do about it.” We had our lawyer contact them, and owner denied all wrongdoing and claimed we fabricated and made up the entire story. Incredibly disrespectful and disgusting behavior from a company that we are trusting a 16 year old minor. Want to add an edit to the AGAIN unapologetic response below - we contacted the school immediately after her lesson (on a Friday). Did not hear back at all - school contacted me instead of my her mom on the Tuesday after she had called - don’t know why they wouldn’t call the number that called them back. To add, our lawyer didn’t contact the school until Monday, so acting like we’re making stuff up and using the “out to get them” narrative is also ridiculous. Don’t appreciate the minimizing the seriousness of the situation to try to sway future drivers. My advice, STAY AWAY. A simple sorry can’t even come out of their mouths.

Experiencia fantástica: I started my lessons about 3 weeks ago and took my test today, passing with a 98 Before setting up lessons with SureDrive, I was absolutely terrified of getting on the road and driving. Mike, the instructor I had for all three lessons, was absolutely amazing. He would go through everything with me again if I wasn’t sure about something and was just extremely patient with me. Mike taught me some tips and tricks and it made everything so much easier for me. 10/10 experience, I would recommend them to anyone that’s looking for a school either for themselves or their child.

Doug, her instructor showed up on the first day and put her at ease. He took her out on the expressway and those side roads she was afraid of driving. He ripped off the band-aid that we couldn't. Doug gave her great advice and tips on how to parallel park ect. She passed her test on the first try, and we have Doug to thank for that!! I can't say enough good things about Doug! Doug built our son’s confidence and even reassured me that everything was going well. I cannot recommend Sure Drive’s program and Doug, specifically, with more enthusiasm. You will not be disappointed. Your money will be well spent. They make what could be stressful, easy!!!! Do it!

The instructor Doug went above and beyond to encourage our son and communicated with us on a regular basis. Extremely flexible and worked with our schedule. Our son received a 100% on the road test!

Instructor Doug rearranged his whole Saturday schedule to accommodate my son to get an extra lesson in before taking his road test on the following Monday. You could really see the difference in the quality of their teaching vs. other companies. I saw many other students of other companies who had extreme troubles with parallel parking, but these guys taught me the most efficient way to do it with 2 turns of the wheel. Overall, if I had to take classes again, I would choose these guys.
