Experiencia positiva: The first lesson my teen had was with Ron. She learned alot and had a great experience. Today the female instructor that showed up was rude and even had an attitude with me. I stated that the appointment I thought was 1/2 hour later. She snapped no its at 4:30, I quickly shut the door and went to get my child as to not make her wait. She left my front porch saying "whatever" very loudly on the way back to the training vehicle. My teen came home in tears. This is not the service we have previously had with Ron's Driving School. I hope there is some effort made to right this wrong.

I would demand a refund, but honestly, the bad review is better for others to keep in mind before calling them to train their young drivers

My daughter's instructor was Joe and she (we) really liked him. She liked him so much she requested him for each of her lessons. He made her feel comfortable and he gave her wonderful instruction. I did two of the Adult Driver Training sessions as well as using their lovely new car for the Driving Test Assistance lesson. My instructor was Joe who was very friendly and patient teacher who helped calm my driving nerves. Ron himself is also very friendly as is the lady on reception who was very accommodating and helpful when I called. They really care about their student's success and safety. I recommend this company to any new drivers or someone such as myself who is coming from a different country or state and wants to earn a California driving license.

I felt as if she was slamming my breaks for almost no reason and it was on my third lesson making me feel nervous. But then again i really liked ron and ashley and they improved my driving a lot. I also passed my drivers test first try. Would definetly reccomend

He was clear with her and communication was good. Experiencia fantástica: My instructor was Ron and I just passed my driving exam today! I had 4 lessons and dmv assistance, all of of which had me very prepared for the test. As a student driver, I had many questions during my lessons and Ron was always ready to answer them. He provided great tips and instructions, even for topics that aren’t covered on the Tracy Driver’s Exam such as using the freeway, parallel parking, and three point turns. We also went over the various test routes and what to do in different scenarios that could happen on specific streets. Today, my examiner took me on one of the test routes we practiced, and because of all the prep I had, she said “I was very comfortable with your driving.” I chose Ron’s Driving School because my uncle had Ron as his instructor nearly a decade ago, but anyone looking at these reviews should too. It’s clear that he has a lot of experience teaching and provides his students with the necessary skills and more

Experiencia fantástica: Ask for Mr. Joe Huntoon he was an excellent driver instructor. He is very calm and patient no matter the student's driving skills. You learn everything from parking, how to cross intersections, and even how to drive on the freeway the lesson also includes written diagrams at the end. I promise your time will be used efficiently and you learn lots of new tips and tricks to make you a safe driver. Lastly if Mr. Joe is not available ask for Lindsey Gordon I also had a great experience with her as well.

Experiencia fantástica: My driving instructor, Jason Huntoon, was cool to talk to and really helpful when teaching me to drive with a lot of good tips . Within 2 lessons I was ready to take my test and it was nice being able to use the car I practiced in on my driving test.

Even with covid- they made sure my daughter was safe in the car and always masked. Daughter passed her license with only 2 errors and they were super minor (seasoned drivers do these things on the regular!). Just wanted to say thank you!

Experiencia fantástica: I had Ron as my instructor and he helped me learn driving in less than a week (in three lessons). He is a very patient and informative instructor who pointed out all the mistakes in my driving which then, helped me learn from them. This driving school was also very flexible with their appointments which made me able to take my drivers test before my permit expired. Ron was also very helpful on the day of my test (like two hours before the test) which made me feel less nervous and more confident to take the test. We even drove around the area of the dmv so I could get used to the streets. I passed on my first try with 0 errors. If you're undecided on which driving school you want to go to, I'll highly recommend Rons Driving School and the lead instructor, Ron.

Experiencia negativa: The receptionist was belittling, and lacked professionalism. She kept talking over me and saying that "I didn't understand," without taking into account my concerns as a customer. I called the establishment one day before my appointment to confirm whether, or not I was able to use the driving instructor's car on the day of my test, otherwise I wouldn't need the driving lessons. Unfortunately, they weren't in on the Friday after Thanksgiving and didn't have anything on their website to explain that. The receptionist kept talking over me while I tried to explain my standpoint and concerns. I wasn't told who my driving instructor was throughout this entire experience, or their policy that I NEEDED the driving lessons in order for the driving instructor to allow me to use their car for the DMV test. Which I believe should be plainly stated on their website. In the end, I canceled my appointment and she hung up the phone on me. I can't comment on the instructors themselves, however the communication within the company is confusing and lacks clarity.

Experiencia negativa: Ron was terribly irritating me as he kept his hands on the wheel every second and gave me no room to try and drive myself, I drove for one hour instead of the two I paid for, he would not stop telling me when I made the same mistake as before, and he took it as a joke when I said I was frustrated, So I wasted $100 because Ron refused to let me try to drive by myself, waste of money, I'll be driving elsewhere.
