After looking at Google reviews of many driving schools, I noticed that this school in particular had great reviews. I was skeptical at first, but I applied because it was too hard to practice driving with my husband (I think anyone who has practiced driving with their family can understand this situation haha). And that was definitely the right decision. I am not a native English speaker, but teacher Rob taught me very carefully, patiently and kindly. I signed up for the 5-lesson course, and I was able to practice everything from driving around town to driving on the highway. Before taking these lessons, driving was scary and nerve-wracking for me, but Rob changed everything. I am so grateful. If you are reading this review and wondering whether to apply, just apply!! You will never regret it!!

I’ve talked with friends who have done drivers education through different schools and have described it as boring and uninteresting but this course has been the opposite, the instructor always brings a lot of energy to the lessons that makes them a lot more engaging and enjoyable. Very friendly not like other driving school who only work for money. She made me feel comfortable through the warmup and confident for the test. And I passed. His instructions are always simple and easy to remember and get job done. I used to have anxiety and fear before when driving, i tried 2 driving schools before but Rob’s instructions and simple tips that helped me to get rid off that anxiety. He is the best. They have flexible scheduling tool for booking and cancellation too. No need to call to office and wait for cancellation. If you are very new to driving i suggest to try this one first.

Selecting it is a decision you will never regret. Reasons: The driving instructor Rob here is an unparalleled teacher. Not all driving instructors are Rob. He is not only skilled and experienced, but also incredibly patient and understanding, making every lesson a comfortable and educational experience. The outcome tells how excellent Rob is as a teacher. Before coming here, I had zero driving experience. After 5 driving lessons, I was ready to take the driving test. I took the driving test 10 mins after my 5th lesson. Guess what? I passed! The result is not the major reason I am writing such a comment on Google. The main reason is the encouraging and comfortable learning experience with Rob. I was always nervous, unconfident when sitting behind the wheel. But Rob can gave me instructions at the right time in a comforting way. At the end of each lesson, he gave me personalized feedback and summary. He left notes pinpointing areas for improvement. It was exceptionally helpful. His encouragement motivated me to practice after each lesson. Rob always noticed my improvement in the next lesson, which gave me more confidence and encouraged me to practice more. This is a learning experience everyone wants to have. Last, the staff Becky here is very helpful too. Her profession with the system and the warm welcome I received every time I walked into the room made my day several times. We encountered a disputable situation during the test with the instructor, but I was pleasantly surprised by how the school addressed this issue. They showed readiness and managed to resolve our concerns. Special thanks to the master examiner Jason, who assisted us with great professionalism and patience in resolving this challenging situation. He showed genuine interest in our issues and found a solution that satisfied us. If you are from countries of the former Soviet Union, I recommend asking for a special guide or lesson at this driving school since they focus on different driving maneuvers here. We spent many hours discussing this, and the Department of Licensing (DOL) doesn't emphasize it. Even if you have extensive driving experience in your country, I suggest clarifying all the nuances before the exam, not after (like I did). Jason showed me this instruction on his phone, and it was on the DOL website but not publicly accessible (we couldn't find it on our phones). Therefore, I recommend reaching out to the driving school to request a link to the extended rules as it significantly impacts the driving evaluation. I highly appreciate this driving school's commitment to finding an individual approach to each customer and their dedication to maintaining a good reputation. Jason, thank you all for your help!

My daughter suffers with anxiety and I mentioned this when arranging the skills test. The test was booked for a Friday afternoon. The evening before the test, I received a call from Jason who was the instructor booked for the test. He had seen the note about my daughter's anxiety and he offered to move the appointment to Friday morning to avoid the Friday afternoon traffic, which we accepted. When we met, Jason's demeanor set my daughter at ease and she passed her test on her first attempt. This attention to an individual's specific needs is what real customer service is about.
