Experiencia fantástica: We had a great experience using Faith Driving School. I had been struggling to find a school near us that was accepting new students. Everyone had months long wait times. Or had terrible reviews!! Or both. Faith driving school got us signed up right away in November & got lessons the next week. Very professional!

Experiencia negativa: I scheduled my daughter’s in-cars six months in advance due to a backlog from CV19. Recently got a call they will need to be rescheduled which is very disappointing considering we’ve waited so long. Faith refers you to an online class vendor that is a more expensive option. I’m sure they have a contract or agreement with the online class vendor but that was frustrating to not have it mentioned that you could shop for your own class and find better pricing with another approved vendor. I will update my review after the in-cars happen but so far I am not impressed with my experience or their customer service.

Experiencia positiva: Faith driving school is a good choice, I got mona for 3/4 of my courses and she was great! She was very nice and made me feel comfortable while driving. Mo on my last course, he started yelling at me because I was having trouble getting maneuvering right with the cones. After that he was irritated for the rest of the ride. But I like how he put me on some challenging roads.

They also helped me with my confidence with driving all together. I would give it 5 stars, but the older front desk lady is super rude. She needs a big reality check on how to talk to people without having an attitude all the time. Even when you are nice to her she is rude.

Experiencia positiva: This place only gets 4 stars because I was lucky enough to get Mona for all 4 of my in cars! Mona was a great teacher and was very easy to talk to, and she made me feel comfortable driving. I would definitely recommend you request Mona! She also teaches maneuverability very well and made it less intimidating. She gets the most students out of all the instructors and deserves a raise for all her hard work:) However… front desk people were quite rude and very demanding which is why only 4 stars.

Experiencia positiva: I just followed a student and instructor through two roundabouts and the driver didn’t use the proper turn signal when exiting either one. Curious: Is this not being taught? With more and more roundabouts being constructed in the U.S., should it not be? Or maybe let’s just teach our young drivers not to signal at all at ANY intersection?

He gave great tips especially with the maneuverability, I was quite anxious at first, but he made driving fun for me, by helping me relax, answering my questions etc. and for that I will be forever grateful and would definitely recommend him as your child’s instructor!

Experiencia fantástica: At Faith Driving School, they do more than help you pass your driving test. The instructors really care for your well-being, and they'll help you in any way they can. The staff are patient and understanding with their students. My instructor, Keith, was more than my mentor in this program; he was my best friend. I was really anxious about driving, but his encouragement really took all that anxiety away. I couldn't have had a better instructor to learn driving at than Keith and Faith Driving School.

Experiencia positiva: This school was better than my last driving school. I had Mona and Moe for driving instructors. Moe was my favorite he was very helpful and patient with me. He was also very encouraging while I was driving. You can tell he wants the best for his students! He helped me gain my confidence and taught me a very helpful technique with maneuverability and other driving techniques! Mona was nice when she wanted to be but it felt like she put alot of pressure on me on my maneuverability. If I messed up my maneuverability, she would snap at me and get irritated at me. I did not learn much from her. Also the older lady at the front desk was pretty rude as well.

Experiencia negativa: My 16 year old daughter took the online drivers education course. First off they asked a bunch of security questions that let’s say months later a teen of course did not remember so she got locked out several different times for 24 hrs. Since covid my kids are being homeschooled so life has been hectic, especially since she is doing drivers ed. on top of everything else. It came down to the last day of the 6 month course and my daughter only had a couple of questions left to answer and she got locked out, this has been an ongoing issue. The state law only allows the student to be on the course for two hrs a day and would make her read slower than what she read. Unfortunately this slowed my daughter down. I called the driving school and told them the situation and called to confirm her identity so they could unlock it and let her finish, well unbelievably they would not unlock her account even though I as the adult who paid for the course could answer the security questions. I was very upset, since covid we have not had the extra money to pay again and of course that is exactly what the driver school wanted was to collect the money AGAIN and have her retake the course. They said by state law they could not unlock the account. I could understand if I could not give them the information to identify my daughter, but like I said I did. Anything I have ever been locked out of, if you call to confirm your identity they can unlock the account. They are dealing with teens here not adult and I being the paying customer and adult should not be locked out of services I paid for. I am not a happy customer at all and needless to say my daughter will be taking another online driving course.

Experiencia fantástica: Dave and his team were excellent to work with. He was able to accommodate my son's schedule in trying to get his in-car portions done in less than 2 weeks. Dave's tips for driving made the difference! Passed on first try. Awesome staff and communication! And the office is next to the DMV!!! :)

Experiencia fantástica: KEITH!!! Keith is truly my hero, and I’m not over exaggerating. Even weeks before my incars I was super scared and nervous of how they would go, and Keith was exactly what I needed. I have never felt more comfortable and confident driving with anyone more than Keith. He makes you feel so proud of yourself, and he’s an extraordinary comic. Also, he says he knows he’s funny but isn’t super smart, but I have to disagree with that second part. Keith is fully aware of everything he teaches, and I trust him completely. He is incredibly smart and knows how to set you up perfectly for the driving test. A lot of tricks he taught me I will use for the rest of my life and I can’t thank him enough for that. He gives so many compliments not because he’s a driving instructor and wants the student just to feel good, but because that’s who he truly is. He doesn’t fake any of his personality and that’s what I admire about him. I recently took my driving test and passed with little difficulty all thanks to Keith. Finally, he is a great singer. His voice is soothing and peaceful and even though he says he isn’t a great singer, he truly is. Thank you Keith for everything you’ve done for me and I hope I can see you again sometime soon!

Experiencia negativa: Do NOT rent their vehicles for the drivers test. It’s a true rip off! The brakes did not work and the camera was extremely fuzzy. Your better off using your own vehicle and saving your money!

Experiencia fantástica: Keith is the a great coach that makes every drive enjoyable and comfortable for new drivers. Very encouraging, great teaching strategy and fun to talk to. Having him being my coach guarantees over half of the sucess to my test!

Experiencia fantástica: I am in general a bit defiant and have a very short attention span, so when I found out I would be spending 24 hours in a classroom in 4 hour chunks and 8 hours driving with someone in 2 hour chunks, I was not thrilled at all. I just finished this morning and I can confidently say I miss sitting in the classroom with Ross and I will miss driving with Keith. They made the class amazing. My in class was boring as I expected, but Ross made a few jokes and kept it as interesting as learning about what the brake is can be. He was sure to give us a propper lesson and obviously cared about both the material and his students. Even when the class got out of control he quickly rangled us back in and got us focused into the lesson. My in cars was amazing and I am tempted to buy the whole class again just so I can go driving with Keith. He is funny, patient, and is constantly walking you through stuff and making you feel good about yourself. I generally have issues listening to anyone when they tell me what to do, but I didn't feel like I needed to fight him. I honestly got lucky to have him as my instructor for in cars. I cannot say that this is better than other schools, because I never went to any other schools, but I can confidently say that I do not think it would not have gone this well had I gone somewhere else and the atmosphere the instructors give off has me believing that it was worth every penny.

Experiencia fantástica: After my son completed an online driving course, we selected Faith Driving School for in-car sessions. Even though it is far from our neighborhood, there are several reasons we were very pleased by this choice: 1) Transparency: A real live person will answer your calls and questions politely and directly. You can view the driving calendar and make choices that fit your schedule (you will need to do this WELL in advance). 2) Accountability: The team was professional and follow-through with all scheduling and instruction. 3) Mo & Keith: Both served as instructors. Mo was always early for the lesson, always prepared, and incredibly calm. Keith is full of joy, also timely, gregarious, and so very positive and encouraging for my young driver I will be back with my other sons. Thank you Faith!

Experiencia fantástica: I took a one hour refresher class at this school right before my driving test. The instructor was very knowledgeable and seemed to know the ins-and-outs of the actual driving/maneuverability test. The man that works at the front desk was very nice as well and was quick to book me an hour of instruction with the instructor. I must note also that this location has cars that you can rent for the driving exam, which is actually why I came to this driving school; I do not own a car and couldn't find anyone that has a car that I can borrow for the test, so this service was of immense help to me. Overall, I highly recommend this driving school.

Experiencia fantástica: My daughter is one of a number of students who have completed Dublin Driving School but then wanted or needed extra practice and/or switched to Faith Driving School. It was night and day. Faith's owner is very responsive, professional, accommodating, and helpful. In the past she had driving instructors who were on their phone and did not give her actionable feedback. However, Faith's driving instructors, in particular Keith, were amazing. They will assure you know maneuverability and all that is required for not only the driving test but safe driving in general. It is worth the extra time and mileage to take your teen here!

Don’t go there.

He helped me so much with maneuverability and he taught me how to properly avoid hitting the cones. Also, we encountered a dog that wouldn't stop chasing our car and he helped distract the dog while I drove off really fast. I've definitely had a great time with him so far and I already notice a lot of improvement in my driving. Thanks Ali!

Experiencia negativa: I am giving this a bad rating because of the instructor. I have not taken a class with them. But I was driving behind them. They were in front of me on a 1 lane road. When they got to the stop sign the student put on the turn signal but didn't do anything for a minute. Just sat there at the stop sign (meaning they were blocking myself and a few others). I honked at them to move. The instructor decided to flip me off. So i would not recommend sending your kids to this school if they are willing to display that type of behavior in front of a child.

Instructors offer great education with their real life experiences behind the wheel that students can relate to on the roads. Yazan, the Faith Driving School Owner, is very professional and has a hands-on approach to his business and remains actively involved with the students and the parents throughout the entire classroom education and In-car experience. The day of my daughter's Driver's Test, I had asked if we could rent the school's car because my daughter was uncomfortable driving my SUV for the Maneuverability Test. She felt the school's car she had been training in would help. The test was at 8AM on the morning of her birthday. Yazan was very accommodating and came to the test site location that morning with the Driving School Car and worked with her on Maneuverability for 15 minutes prior to her taking the test to make sure she felt comfortable and confident. She passed her driving test with flying colors thanks to Yazan and his great team of driving educators and driving instructors. I highly recommend Faith Driving School for your child's driving instruction. A Wonderful Experience. Thank You Faith Driving School!

Experiencia fantástica: My 16 year old son had a great experience here. He took the in-class part of the program the first two weeks of August 2017 and had a great teacher who was able to tell real life stories to bring home his safety points. He really got my son's attention. He took the in-car part of the class a week later. The instructor picked him up at school and spent two hours working on his driving and maneuverability skills each day for four days. We rented cones for a week ($10 for the week) to practice maneuverability in our car. It is much larger and harder to steer than the school's car and my son was getting discouraged because it was so much harder. I called Yazan, the owner of Faith Driving School, to ask if there was a different trick when using a larger car. He came to where we were practicing (a lot near the driving school) and worked with my son for 15-20 minutes until he was confident he could pass the test. Yazan did not charge us for this time, but really wanted to see my son succeed. In the end, we rented a car from the driving school. (The A/C went out in our car.) It only cost $50 and included another private lesson with Yazan just before the driving test. My son passed with flying colors and Yazan was even gracious enough to accept my excited hug before he left the DMV. I highly recommend Faith Driving School.

Experiencia negativa: If your black Faith Driving School is not the place for you. I really noticed a huge difference in the way the owner treated and spoke to blacks than whites. I had a terrible experience at Faith and it only lasted three hours. Yesterday I did my in-cars with a tired instructor who fell asleep while I was driving. I found my self having to wake him up when the only options where left and right. Once my two hours ended my intructor went inside spoke to the owner in Arabic called me over and left. The owner began yelling at me and said I wasn't listening to the instructor and putting his car at risk. I was very shocked because I made sure I listened to EVERYTHING the instructor said which was mostly directions. The only thing that could possibly make him mad was maneuverability. I couldn't quite get the hang of it and he seemed to get frustrated. My mom came to pick me up and I told her what happened. She wanted to talk to the owner but before she could say anything he began yelling at my mom telling her I wasn't listening to the instructor. My mom began to raise her voice back demanding respect. He started making threats saying he was going to kick me out and not give us a refund. My mom tried calming him down and once he calmed down he offered us a deal. He said he was going to give us a full refund and we could go to another driving school. My mom agreed to that deal but the owner immediately changed the deal saying he was going to have to keep eighty dollars for the two hours of service and my mom reluctantly agreed. He began rummaging through papers and all of a sudden began raising his voice again. He said he doesn't have to give us a refund and was no longer gonna offer his services. My mom began to raise her voice back and thats when he decided to call the cops. The cops came and got both sides of the story. They told us we would unfortunately not get our money back because we signed a contract saying, in fine print, "no refund". The officers later told us to file a bad review and use the word of mouth to prevent others from experiencing what i've experienced.
