Experiencia negativa: This is the WORST driving school. They are discriminatory and judgemental. Not very honest either. I needed to obtain my drivers license and I was fortunate enough to have an organization fund my lessons. My first 2 lessons were with Joe and went fine. The third and final lesson, I was feeling under the weather and called to ask if I could postpone the lessons. The owner stated that the cancellation policy is $45 dollars but if they see that Im not ok to drive I lwould forfeit the lessons and they keep the money paid for the lessons. Since I did not want to forfeit the lessons, I decide to go. My GF called back and the owner was very admant that if I was not in a good mental state that they would keep the money paid and not let me drive. She went into a frenzy and was extremely worried. I called back and said "what if a family member is in the hosiptal"? She proceeded to hang up on me. I showed up at the school at exactly 1:00pm the time of the scheduled lessons. The owner cancelled the lessons without telling me. The secretary told me that they needed to call the intructor to come in. So I waited until 1:45pm. When the instructor Joe arrived, he was EXTREMELY AGGRESSIVE and ANGRY. He was in my face accusing me(not asking me) of being on drugs and/or alcohol. I have NEVER done drugs in my life and was 1000% fine. He was SO AGGRESIVE ,ANGRY and RUDE. What kind of a business treats a paying customer this way??? It is so UNPROFESSIONAL, UNCALLED for and downright RUDE. I was not too happy about being treated this way and answered accordingly. I 1000% understand that in no way, shape or form should they allow anyone to drive under any substance influence as it is very dangerous and the person can be pulled over and fined heavily. This is COMMON SENSE. However the way they treated me was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Joe the instructor was VERY NASTY and AGGRESSIVE. The owner was very Judgemental and discriminatory. They could have asked me if I was ok to drive, as I was 1000% ok. To treat someone so terribly in such an accusatory tone is so UNPROFESSIONAL. I would also like to add that I am not a teenager I am an ADULT. This is NOT a good place to do business with. I Would not recommend them. They discriminated me and treated me in a very disgusting, unprofessional and judgemental manner due to not funding the lessons myself and the name of the organization that funded the lessons. This is not the type of business that anyone should do business with. If you cancel you pay $45 dollars. If they want to keep your money for any reason, they will just make up some excuse and you will forfeit your lessons. This is very DISHONEST. One of the most UNPLEASANT experiences of my life. BEWARE.

Experiencia fantástica: I can’t thank enough to Caroline to empower my daughter and make her believe she was able to drive, she was very nervous, after her 1st.lesson, my daughter was speaking marvelous things about her and was willing to keep going with the lessons which with a teenager is hard to get . On the other hand the very professional way that administration worked with the appointments,paperwork,payments, permits, reminders, info you need to know was the best, no hidden fees, and made the whole experience very easy. Although, it was very short notice, they made it happen for my daughter. The instructor was professional , kind and knowledgeable. My daughter was so happy she took the hour lesson beforehand and says that it helped her pass the driving test. Wow! What a wonderful experience we had from start to finish. Thank you for treating your students like family.

Was considerate of my comfort level each day, but direct in teaching and boosting my confidence. Highly recommend the full 6 hours if you can afford it, as then each day can focus on different aspects of driving, so not only are you prepping for the driver’s test, but being on the road in general afterwards.
