Experiencia negativa: This has been the worst experience ever. Trying to schedule a drive time is equivalent of attempting to obtain Taylor Swift tickets. It becomes incredibly stressful that you won’t get it on time. Fast forward to finally getting through all that and paying them the $52 to submit your child’s information on your behalf, DON’T DO IT! Save your stress, heartache, and money and go in person to the DPS. They will make multiple errors, not call you to let you know it’s been delayed, hang up on you when you get a hold of someone, and tell you wrong information and blame the state. I spoke to the state multiple times and they shared Burleson Driving Academy IS not providing us with accurate information. When I shared this with the employees, I was told I (and the DPS) were the wrong ones. I will be filing a complaint with TDLR. Save yourself and go to Maverick.

Experiencia negativa: Well Long story short so you don’t throw your money in the trash don’t go through this school I don’t like to leave bad reviews on businesses but this one sure won the bad review the class was fine but after that no communication at all on the driving courses their were never appointments we would call and nothing would happen they would direct you to their website which their was never openings and to top it all off 2 times was hanged up on really unprofessional. So I don’t recommend this place wasted time off work to take my daughter twice to do her driving tests just to find out that the school didn’t have their things ready & of course the school is going respond saying that it was all our fault

Experiencia positiva: Tbh it wasn’t that great neither bad but if you have only have specific times of the week you can go to the driving classes than it can get hard to schedule a driving time and take longer. About the instructor some of them can be pretty harsh but tbh for me it makes sense a simple mistake can lead to a crash so I can see why sometimes they were harsh but to me they have never been entirely rude. I must say I do get really nervous when driving and I feel like they don’t help calm down my nerves not their job to do so but I wish they were more understanding.Other than that my experience has been very mild if I could be more specific I would give this place a 6/10.

While it is a lot in the books, it's also made personal by Mrs.C, who makes sure the road will be safer with a new driver and not more dangerous.

Experiencia positiva: This will be my 3rd child completing their schooling through this company. I will admit this time went more smoothly than the previous times. I did have some issues getting the last few drive times scheduled but other than that great experience.

Experiencia negativa: They are quick to take your money and teach the written course. But if you try to schedule your driving time for your child, it is impossible. We have been trying since December to get her hours in and we have been successful with three hours so far, I was going to demand a return of my money, but just found out that they have sold out to new owners since the course was finished in December. And when you try to call them, they never return the phone calls. It is a shame that there is only one or two drivers Ed companies in the area. Once we completed the course I found out that there are some independent people that will teach driver’s ed and are certified to do so and you do not have to go through a company like this.

The teaching part is fine, however once your done with that then you make your appointment for your child's permit which can take months then it's time to schedule driving which would be fine too if they had enough drivers which they don't so it can take weeks even months to get them scheduled to drive and if you go past one year from when they start you have to pay another fee to extend the time. Planning on going to small claims court but can see another parent already did and they still haven't received monetary compensation.

Experiencia negativa: Burleson driving academy in Burleson Texas is HORRIBLE!!! This place needs to be shut down for taking money and not performing services. Cindy is the person I unfortunately reach every time, she is rude, does nothing of what she promises, I have made numerous attempts to get a form needed that I have paid for but the facility is never open during the business hours they have listed on Google. Go to another driving school definitely NOT THIS ONE!

Experiencia negativa: I hate to do this but I wish I had an honest review of this place when I was trying to navigate drivers Ed for the first time. My child did both the classroom and drive time with this location. The classroom was as expected, boring but necessary. My child said it was torture but we’ve all been through the class, it’s hard to make it fun. I don’t have any complaints about the classroom. It was just as expected. However, we took the classroom a year ago. I wanted to make sure I gave us enough time to get the driving in without feeling stressed. A year was barely enough time. When I say booking drive time is like playing Russian roulette that is being mild about it. I ended up having to set an alarm on my phone to log in RIGHT on time, and hit refresh like I was trying to buy the hottest toy on Santa’s wish list. It was ridiculous. You had to be so fast that sometimes it would say booked only to be taken away. I swear there must be 500 people competing for 12 spaces. The lack of care we got when I contacted the driving academy was sad. Almost seemed like they didn’t care since they already had my money. This is by far my BIGGEST complaint with this business. Their system is very very broken. Now to touch on the cars and driving instructors. Look, it takes a saint to want to teach teenagers to drive as a job. There’s a reason I paid for them to do it. The instructors themselves where great. No complaints from my child. The cars however where in very rough shape. One had a temporary tag and no A/C working. The other we drove rattled and the A/C only worked when they where moving. Obviously they are not keeping up with regular maintenance. If I could go back in time I would have booked with their competitor Maverick in town. We ended up going there for a practice driving test and my child’s DMV driving test. Maverick was easy to schedule and office wise a much better experience. I have been told I am not the first to do such. Save yourself the heartache and look into other options.

Experiencia fantástica: This driving school is amazing. They are very cheap and very good. The instructor was very clear and very kind with me. She explained every situation as it came with it pros and cons. They deserve your money I highly recommend you go there for anything you need.

Experiencia negativa: This is a scam! Minimal to, no driving hours are available! They only have two driving instructors and the times offered online are during school hours. Max amount of driving hours during the week offered were only 2 hours. Classes are full 25+ kids jammed in a room, where kids also stand up during classes. So nothing adds up you have 25+ kids only two instructors and only offer 2 driving classes per week for 25+ kids to fight for per week. Each kid needs 14 hours of in-house instructions by their 2 drivers. Burleson academy charges extra 150 dollars more for an extension that they do not come no where meeting kids 14 hours of driving. Please do not waste you money here. Run away!!! If I could give a 0 star rating I would!

Experiencia fantástica: Well we just went paid for my grandson to go to driving school . The lady was very nice. So far so good that's all I can say right now!!! Ask me again later down the road. But his brother and cousin went there. They're driving with licence!!!

Experiencia negativa: The class was fine, but if you want drive time for your child....Goodluck. I've been trying to get drive time for 4 months and have been able to schedule1 session. When I complain or inquire I am told they are short on drivers. Save your money and go to another school.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a best Instructor her name is Sonny, she was so nice and explain everything about driving, I learn a lot to her. Highly recommended Sonny Alexa for y’all Driving instructor❤️It went good and got my License now .

I have been messing with them for almost a year and was just informed that to be able to get my son's road test, I will need to complete a full driver's ed course somewhere else. This is not an exaggeration or misinformation. I went up there several times to try and figure out exactly what was needed to schedule his road test, finally got all of the requirements, just to be told that if you do not do the instructor behind the wheel portion - which I paid for but they were unable to ever schedule him more than one hour in four months - (not refundable) that to do the parent taught behind the wheel only even after he has his permit - that he needs to take a COMPLETE driver's ed course elsewhere. Please read this and please do not allow this business to steal your money.

Experiencia negativa: This may be my first bad review. These people are EXTREMELY unorganized. You pay $350.00. You are not even explained everything. You have to ask a million questions and different people will give you different answers. Then, after the class portion, they don't explain that in order to get your kid actual behind the wheel training, you have to pay more money to a 3rd party website. Where once a week, they go in and put limited amounts of driving courses with the instructors and if you don't login and go fight for it quickly....they're all gone and your kid has to wait a whole another week to get some drive time in......very disappointed with lack of organization and communication with this business. For the money, I expected more.

Very knowledgeable and informative! Their availability was so much better than the others nearby and price was affordable. From the moment we entered the building until we walked out with his results, they were so incredibly kind and helpful! I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know as well as bring my other children there!

Experiencia negativa: Warning! If your child is at the age of going through driving school avoid Burleson driving school! On 8.2 we booked and paid in full our daughter's course. The class was to start 8.26 at 6pm, they called 37 minutes, yes, 37 minutes before class was to start to cancel the entire booking and to reschedule until 9/23. Reason was not enough kids (3). I get that, don’t like it, but I understand. What I don’t understand is how anyone thinks it’s appropriate to cancel a class 37 minutes prior to a student starting! You knew this 5 hours ago, you knew yesterday, you knew it last week, you knew it two weeks ago! Their own contract said if I don’t give them 24-hour notice of missed appointment they’re going to charge me $40, glad to see the contract works both ways!! THANK YOU Judy at Alliance driving school for saving the day!! For a bit more money they are allowing our daughter to join their class tomorrow and do the catch up from missed class today. I requested to speak with the owner, apparently, that isn't possible... So I was given a general inbox number. I emailed the inbox and requested they call. No response! so when they opened the next day I called again, the employee was not willing to help and hung up, so I went there, she then called the police. (I was very chill simply stated I need the phone number for the owner if you cant help me.) So the police came, I explained my situation, and after hitting the same walls I ran into the police quickly figured out my issue. They requested a phone number, was denied, they requested proof of refund, no such paperwork exists. Police told her we need something, told him the refund process takes 4 weeks and wrote a message on the top of my contract (which they breached) "Refund process started 8.27. " Update 7.27.21 Still no refund even with a court judgment.

Experiencia negativa: The lady in the front is rude to parents and the children. If I would have known this before hand I wouldn't have picked Burleson driving academy. My son did like his teacher he was very nice and a great teacher. I was told that the lady in front and her daughter and husband work there so I don't see a change. I guess if you hire the family you can't fire one unless you want to lose the whole family no matter how rude and disrespectful they are. I wouldn't do it again even if it was free. So if you want your child to be disrespect by the lady in front offices along with your self go there. If not look for a different place.

Experiencia fantástica: Such a great place. I went here to take my driving road test and I was so nervous and scared but Mrs. Winn reassured me that everything was going to be okay. I also thought that I would fail my parallel park because I didn't practice and I only watched videos, but I did great. Ms.C was such a great person to drive alongside. I highly recommend this place, it's the cheapest you can get besides the DMV. You also get to use their car for the test.

Experiencia negativa: I took their class and it was fine. The class was very structured. After the 3 week class was over, I did driving times with the instructors. The first one went fine and the second one, I had a different instructor which was fine. I was driving and then I thought it was strange when the instructor started asking personal questions but I didn't overthink it. I was scared when the instructor directed me to their house and around the back of the house. We stopped for a minute and they asked if I wanted to come out but I declined and wanted to stay in the car, so I did. After that, I had about 45 more minutes left in my drive time and I was very uneasy about the instructor. When it was over I bolted and waited for my ride. I don't think that driving instructors should take 15 year old teenagers to their house.

Experiencia negativa: I do not recommend the Burleson Driving Academy. We did the parent taught driving education. I made an appointment with the Burleson Driving Academy and paid the $50 fee for my son to take the driving test through them. However, when we arrived for our appt, they refused to do the test because they said we were lacking a DPS certification and an extra 14 hour log. I took the same paperwork to DPS. They said they did not know what certification or 14 hour log Burleson Driving Academy was referring to and that everything I had was all that was needed to take the driving test. We then went to another driving school, with the exact same paperwork taken to Burleson Academy and DPS, and they administered the test. Burleson Academy will not refund my money!

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent driving school! Great for teen and adult drivers. Took an adult driving course and had an amazingly patient instructor. Smooth communication with receptionist and overall great value for driving lessons.

Experiencia negativa: Negative review for an employee not the place itself just had a terribly rude encounter with the driver of their bus that takes the high school students to the school he was very rude and inconsiderate of the situation at hand this is also not the first occasion he has acted this way either and I believe that an employee is a reflection of the place they work at definitely do NOT recommend the bus for your kids
