Experiencia negativa: I would give it NO stars but, I'll let you be the judge of that. First off, I called to reach someone who was able to answer my questions regarding the truck driving school. When the line picked up, the older man on the phone was 1. Rude, 2. Told me no thank you! 3. He hung up the phone on me, while I was still talking. Then when I called back, I had told him how poor his customer service skills were and that he made me skeptical on even wanting to pursue my license through them. The questions I asked were, "I saw you school's website and I wanted to ask a few questions about the trucking license." Then the older man was rude, did not listen and chose to hang up on me mid conversation. My time and money will go elsewhere.

Experiencia negativa: If it were possible to give negative stars for this business, I would! The owner of this truck driving "school" not only allegedly forges driving hours, but classroom hours, as well. The school has NO classroom on-site (so no classroom hours are possible, as required by DOT). However Kashmir Singh, the owner, allegedly forges these hours on the students records so they can go test for their CDL A license at the DMV. I know this both from my son's peers at school as well as my son's experience himself. They are completely overbooked and understaffed. Their website says you "go from paper to pavement" - yet there is no paper because there is no classroom training. Mr. Singh also sends students out with "instructors" who didn't have their license (Mr. Harry has his license now, but only had a permit three months ago while he was first taking students out on the road for their driving training). There are countless drivers now on the road that have their CDL A license - having been trained by an instructor with no license! I have never seen (nor smelled) anything like that commercial building the school is housed in. It is infested with rats, mice, cockroaches and a plethora of black mold. The walls are, literally, caving in from water damage/black mold. Drive up to the office. You can see Mr Singh's feet through the walls! You could probably put your hand right through the wall. They try to cover up this rat/mouse/cockroach/black mold smell with incense. It doesn't work. The smell is horrendous! The reason the commercial truck building has no classroom is because Mr. Singh houses out-of-state students in all of the rooms in the commercial building. On filthy, black mattresses! Not even any sheets! The kitchen and bathroom are so disgusting and smelly that all of the students spend their time at the school either sitting in their vehicles or sitting at an outdoor picnic table - rain or shine, waiting for their time behind the wheel. The shower looks like something you would see in a Freddy Kruger movie! The bathroom ceiling looks like it's going to cave in any minute. No toilet paper. Only a bidet! My son went out on the highway for some road training with an instructor, Mr. Ballhair, on January 2nd. They came to a railroad crossing with the crossing arms down. After they sat there for about 10 minutes, cars started driving around the arms and going through. The instructor, Mr. Ballhair, gotcha out of the truck and looked both ways down the track. He then got back in the truck and told my son to get out and hold the crossing arms up so he could drive under with the semi. My son refused. Mr. Ballhair tried for another 10 minutes to coerce my son to lift the crossing arms. Finally my son became too uncomfortable with Ballhair's demeanor, got out of the truck and called my husband to tell him what was happening. Then the crossing arms raised up, but Mr.. Ballhair just drove off, leaving my son stranded on the side of the road. When my husband went and picked up my son and took him back to the school, Mr. Ballhair denied he had tried to coerce my son to manually lift the crossing arms. We asked for the dash-cam video (because Mr. Singh said it was a matter of "he said, he said"), only to find out that Mr. Singh doesn't have dash-cams in the trucks. Also against DOT regulations. Mr. Singh is currently being investigated by the BBB, CalOSHA, DOT, Union Pacific, and a handful of other governmental agencies. I can post all of these emails from the varying agencies, should anyone be interested. If you have a child who is considering becoming a semi-truck driver, or if you are trying to decide on a truck driving school for yourself, I would highly suggest you avoid this fraudulent business altogether. The other truck driving schools don't charge you if you don't pass the CDL A test at the DMV. Kashmir Singh charges you $300 every time you fail. This guy is a complete scam-artist! BEWARE!

Harry Lehal helped me understand how to teach a pre-trip inspection, how to do track exercises in the yard, and how to do a break test. Balhar Ranu is a teacher by God's destiny. He taught me how to drive a truck safely on the roads. And before the exam at the DMV, he supported me and gave me moral encouragement. I'm not the fastest student. It took me a little more time and attention to study than most students. When I came for the first time, I didn’t even know how to open the truck hood and didn’t know a single detail under the hood. But patient instructors taught me without any time limit. I learned everything, both how to drive a truck and how to do a pre-trip inspection. And I passed my exam on the first try! Experiencia negativa: This school is very under staffed and the teachers behavior is not good with students the trucks are all broken not road worthy. and got 2 pieces of paper to read and got told learn from the other students. I was told by Cole that there would be no more then 4 students per class and when I showed up on my first day there was more then 25 guys standing around under a pop up tent. Do not come to this school.

Experiencia fantástica: This was a awesome place for me to get my CDL. National is very flexible with my personal schedule and we were able to find me good time to complete my schooling. It is very lowkey and relaxed here and he has good patience and understanding if learning is a little difficult at times. I had never driven manual before but I was taught here and was able past my test in a manual truck. National is a great teacher and he is running a great school. His personality may seem a little rough sometimes but you can quickly figure it out and know how genuinely he actually cares and he just has a fun sense of humor. He really just wants you to succeed.
