Experiencia fantástica: Had a blast learning to drive the truck. A week of class then hit the road. About 10 hours on the road. Many hours practicing maneuvers on the pad. Pre trip inspection was challenging and fun too. Took right around 4 weeks to complete. Had no issues getting instruction when needed. All the instructors were very professional and create a very easy environment for learning. Benjamin, Mike, David, Mr. Perry, Fred, Harry and Lance were exceptional instructors. These instructors know the ins and outs of trucking, over 100 years experience combined at one location!! The staff are very knowledgeable too and can get you in the class within weeks of making that initial call with guarantee job placement, if you qualify. THANK YOU for helping me get my foot in the door of a professional job in a very lucrative industry. Best part of the entire school is you don't have to take state test at the DMV. They have an official State tester here and you certify with their truck after you complete the class. Than go over to DMV and pick up your new CDL drivers license a few days later. Then hit the road.

The instructors and staff are caring, professional and attentive. They will work with you, regardless of your circumstances! There’s a lot of jokes and fun and there’s a whole lot of learning. This is the best truck driving school! No question!!! Mr. Lance is the lead at the school. He’s a positive influence and he’s supportive. He cares about his students and staff first. Mr. Lance is all about helping you achieve your goals! He’s great!! Mr. Fred is second in charge. He helps Mr. Lance and more. There are no words to describe Mr. Fred, but I will try! Mr. Fred is one of the most caring people you will ever meet!! Tons of jokes and real talk. When he asks, “How are you feeling or doing” He really wants to know. Mr. Fred will help you with your Modern Maneuvers. You need your Moderns to graduate from Roadmaster and to pass your state test. So pay attention!! Come to learn! I’m just going to list the rest of the instructors randomly, because I don’t know which one has more rank or authority. All of the instructors are a unit. They work great together! Mr. Mike helps with all of your maneuvers and driving. He’s knowledgeable and kind. You will learn and laugh every single day! He genuinely cares about you and gets where you’re coming from. Mr. Mike is top notch on how that truck moves. Not only does he possess an insane amount of knowledge, but he is patient and he can effectively teach what he knows. The man is awesome! Enough said! Ms. Sandra Smith is your Pre-Trip instructor. You must know your Pre-Trip to graduate Roadmaster and get your CDL. It’s really tough! Fortunately, Ms. Smith is your instructor. She’s amazing, kind and patient! Ms. Smith will go above and beyond to help you succeed. All you have to do is come ready to learn. She actually makes learning the Pre-Trip fun! If anybody says anything negative about Ms. Smith, they are lying. She’s the Bomb Diggity!!!! So much learning and so much fun!!! Mr. Perry will be your week 1 instructor. He’s patient and knowledgeable about trucking. Mr. Perry teaches the CDL Manual. It’s a huge book that you will be tested on! Luckily, you’ve got Mr. Perry as your instructor, so you don’t have to worry. He breaks down the book and makes learning it fun. Tons of laughter and learning! Mr. David teaches maneuvers and driving. He’s patient and he knows what he’s talking about. All you have to do is listen! Mr. David will walk you through every step! He won’t leave you hanging! Come ready to learn! Mr. Ben is the newest instructor at Savannah Roadmaster. I believe he started just over a week ago. He’s got over 30 years of trucking experience. He’s very knowledgeable and friendly. Mr. Tom is the last instructor you will meet. He’s the state instructor. Mr. Tom will test you after you graduate from Roadmaster, so you won’t have much interaction with Mr. Tom, until your last day at the school. He’s patient, fair and professional. As I said earlier, the Savannah, Georgia Roadmaster Truck Driving School is the best. If you come to this school, you will definitely not regret it!!!!

Experiencia negativa: Sandra was the worst instructor EVER! She made me fail my state exam twice If you go to this school. Asks the manager not to put you with SANDRA she’s very rude and lazy and she will set you up for failure. She had a lot of problems with students because of her rude and unprofessional behavior. Students walked out the doors because of her. Do not learn from SANDRA stay away from her!! She’s not even a certified instructor she’s still a truck driver with no experience.

Experiencia negativa: Sandra was the worse instructor I ever dealt with she’s always yelling screaming and being very loud and rude to the students who just wants to learn I am not sure why road master choices to put this unprofessional person on this training pad. Everyone in the school had issues with her and everyone student has complained about her erratic behavior to Lance who’s the manager at this school… If you choose this school. STAY AWAY FROM SANDRA she has no teaching skills I have seen her driving truck she has no idea what she doing worst person ever!

All the instructors are very knowledgeable and patient. They all will work with you as much as possible and will make sure you come out of this a Transport professional!
