They were the only ones who called me back out of all the driving schools which I needed for my son, and they were quick and organized, and always take their time explaining everything. You can text Kevin at any time and he is always prompt in texting back. The refresher course was excellent and they will even stand in line on driving test day to keep a spot in line until you get there (and it’s also so your child doesn’t need to stay there for hours and get nervous)! I highly recommend them 100%.

Jay made special concessions just for my son regarding the time, which I truly appreciated. My son told me that Jay was super nice and super easy to drive with. This was not expected but much appreciated. The instructor my son had was very responsive as well and was on time when he was practicing driving for his permit. Very kind and courteous. The day of the test he gets there early to be the first car and you literally are in and out of dmv within 40-45 minutes tops, which is wonderful for dmv! Highly recommend this driving school!!!

Experiencia fantástica: BIGGEST WIN IMO: I heard him teaching my son a few things before they drove off for lesson number three. It was both technical and practical advice. and in all honesty I don’t even remember learning that stuff, so I never would have been able to teach him that. I was VERY pleased and grateful for my son to have this instruction. Wonderful experience! They took care of everything: paperwork, scheduling etc, which is a huge bonus for busy parents like us. My son said the owner (who took him out for his lessons) helped him feel confident and did he was patient, kind and a lot of fun. I feel better getting him behind the wheel now that he has had someone train him correctly!

Experiencia fantástica: I am so happy with our experience with the school. They handled everything to get my teen driver started, including all the paperwork for Motor Vehicles. They administer the test (if needed), collect all the paperwork to file for the driver's permit, and retrieve the completed permit. Kevin (the owner) did a great job explaining their program and making us both feel comfortable with how their process worked. Dave was an excellent instructor--my teen felt good about the lessons right from the start and finished confident. Dave gives just the right level of guidance. BTW, they can also provide a vehicle, if needed, to take the road test. Reminder: in NJ, the road test vehicle must have a parking brake lever accessible to the right seat passenger. All in all, a totally positive experience. Highly recommended

Experiencia fantástica: I had a really great experience at Jersey Safe! About a year ago I got my permit with Dave, and he made me feel comfortable and confident driving. He was very patient with me and taught me everything I needed to know. Then after months of not driving because of covid and my family's cars being too big for me to drive, I got some refresher lessons from Kevin that were super helpful. I improved my driving a lot from this and even managed to pass my road test! I'll definitely recommend jersey safe to people who need a driving school!

Experiencia fantástica: Update 4/9/24: We decided to hire Kevin’s Jersey Driving School again for our other child’s driving lessons. Gerda taught my child this time and did a great job. By the time the road test came around in March, we opted to get the refresher course. Joel went over everything with my child. He showed up the earliest on the test day at the MVC and we did not need to worry about a thing. My child passed her test with no problem the very first try. It was a great experience! Kevin was professional through and through. Like other parents before me, child is at the right age to learn how to drive. Research here and there. Read through review after review from many different people. Decide to contact him after looking at a few driving schools. He came over and explained the whole process. He was also upfront about fees and costs. We decided to go with him because he is reliable and trustworthy. My child just passed the road test today the very first try. Thank you Kevin!

He’s high energy, confident and very quickly put my son at ease as well as made him excited about driving. I cannot say enough good things about this school. My younger kids will definitely be future customers. PS. A bonus: ease of scheduling. They’ll pick them up from school and drop them off home. Or will pick them up at home after dinner. Also, they can take DMV test in their car so it’s a car they’re comfortable with or if they have access to an appropriate car.

I would highly recommend Jersey Safe Driving School to anyone who is looking for somewhere to go to learn how to drive.
