Experiencia fantástica: Attended the driving course in leiu of the speeding ticket at their facility. Though none of us wanted to be there, the instructor, Ed Taube, did a great job which took the pain out of it. In actuality the course is great information and well presented, even if you've been driving due 50 years like myself.

Experiencia fantástica: I attended the NSC Traffic Survival ADD Training this past weekend. Going in, not knowing anyone, anxiety was at its max! Ed, the instructor, welcomed me with his positive "we are going to have fun" persona. You can tell Ed is passionate about what he does, how he teaches, and he sincerely wants everyone who comes across his path to succeed! I left that class with more knowledge, team mates, and most importantly, more confidence! Everything you need to know, is right in front of you!

ED was my instructor and ive never taken any course that was verbally related so well and with so much passion for the topic. Experiencia fantástica: Month of July 2023- Ed just blew my mind on how great of an instructor he was. My class for first aid instructor was mind opening. Ed gave me and the class the ability to be great instructors and really engaged us. The entire class was made of poised adults who were easy to work with and we encouraged each other. It was so nice not to hear crickets when we are asked to read or answer questions. I can't say enough good things about the class, instructors, and all the staff that work there. If you care about safety, take a class here, it is worth your time and money. Month of May 2023-Kelly is a fantastic instructor. If you get a class with her consider yourself lucky! The program is great and I am thankful that my company let me come here. I learned so much during my flagger training. Now I can teach others. Thanks for the support from all the staff. You are all wonderful!

CPR is something everyone should know how to do to help others in need. The class was not only educational but how Ed presented it made it a really fun experience for me and my girlfriend. Overall Mr. Taube is a great instructor, with a lot of relatable knowledge to both courses I attended. The material that NSC provided for us it's very useful and can be adapted in multiple occupations. 10/10 would recommend.

They can teach you to be instructors in First Aid/CPR and Defensive Driving which has been really helpful having instructors at our organization. ED Taube is the best instructor I've ever had!

The class was for four days and 8 hours per day, but Ed kept the class interesting and upbeat. I am definitely glad I attended this course and have more training scheduled for the future. Experiencia fantástica: Attended the First Aid instructor course Aug 2 thru Aug 4, 2022. Outstanding instructor! Ed Taube did a great job through the entirety of the course. His high energy and motivation to certify us as instructors was obvious from the start. The material he presented was up to date and he focused on not only the content but how to present it with purpose in mind. In addition, the office staff was extremely helpful and extended themselves as a resource at anytime. The competence, professionalism and positive attitude of Ed and his staff no doubt is the reason the AZNSC chapter is so successful. I definitely recommend taking courses with them and First Aid is not the only course they offer. Check out their website and continued success to Ed and the gang at AZNSC.

Learning to be a CPR, First Aid and AED trainer can be a long 3 days if done poorly, and I was lucky enough to draw Ed Taube as the instructor for both the core course, and the Instructor course. The environment he created was welcoming, diverse, informative, useful, relevant and engaging. I not only learned the course description, but how to lead and educate a room of people. Ed is a consummate professional from whom I would want to learn from again. The rooms were clean, bathrooms clean, and overall a nice safe side of town, too.

Experiencia fantástica: I just completed my NSC/TS-ADD Instructor Training with Ed Taube and am now even more excited to begin my journey as a TSS Instructor. Ed is one of those people who were born to teach and encourage. His passion for traffic safety, his enthusiasm for the class, his knowledge of the material (and statutes, etc.), and above all, his "people skills" made this class an absolute delight. While adhering to the schedule and to the topic(s), Ed also made each of us feel valued, knowledgable, and capable, whether role-playing or not. Finding this combination in an instructor is rare in a day and age where the often impersonal approach of technology and "Let's get this over with." prevails. (...And I know, because I have been an educator myself for the better part of 40 years!) Any qualms I had about my ability to be an NSC/TSS Instructor were quelled after going through this course. The content was accessible, helpful insight/hints were provided, and our concerns/mis-steps were addressed with grace. My only comments in the realm of "needs improvement" would be in regard to the curriculum itself, which I also observed during the prerequisite online courses: many of the videos and visuals are outdated and/or of poor quality. The Instructor's Manual is well-scripted, which in-and-of itself is not a "bad" thing; however, it becomes a bit clunky coordinating it w/ the actual Course Guide (even w/ the B & W copies of those pages in the Manual). Thankfully, students shared/brainstormed, and Ed relayed a few suggestions for coordinating and planning for instruction., while also mentioning that an update is currently in the works for the curriculum and visuals. All-in-all, I highly recommend this experience, especially if Ed Taube is the instructor: You will leave those two days of training with a sense of empowerment and purpose! [And you'll also probably drive a little slower and more safely, too! :-D]

Experiencia negativa: 2022302 April Parent made the class super difficult. I have attend trainings at National Safety Council but this is the first time I have been talk down to and spoken yo like a child. I was told I couldn't lean my head against the wall and I couldn't look down... I literally had to ask the instructor to stop singling me out. She forced people to read and forced people to write what she said in the books and forced people to answer questions that she approved of in a everyone had to answer situation. We could definitely not be honest nor comfortable. We had lunch but no other breaks. She made the only black guy in the class leave his phone at her desk when he asked to use the bathroom but nobody else. I understand that the class is part of a punishment but there should be an opportunity to learn not just be talked at and talked down to. Everyone there is paying for the privilege and deserves common Courtesy and Respect. I have experienced much better from AZNSC
