Experiencia fantástica: Had the best experience with Mitch as the instructor. He was very helpful and patient during the course. The Bremerton location instructor failed me and then in turn referred me over to the Silverdale location. I was optimistic that the referral was going to lead to a better outcome and it did! To whoever is out there needing the best guidance and learning experience I highly recommend and don’t give up! Sometimes we need more learning and continued determination to accomplish our goals! I hope to test with Mitch in the near future for another course, in parallel parking! ️ Thank you so much! I do want to note that the online course package helped me tremendously than the typical booklet. Totally non-related if you hadn’t grabbed some food fuel prior to your testing Grocery outlet is right next door. In addition, for the driver’s physical exam, wait outside for the driver don’t do what I did and go up to the office on 2nd floor. There are bench’s outside in case you need to wait a few minutes to meet your instructor.

Experiencia negativa: My boyfriend took his skills driving test at the silverdale location yesterday. He paid for the 30min of practice with the skills test. Upon entering the vehicle and greeting the driver at some point he responded with a “yes ma’am” the instructor didn’t respond. After that he said the whole tone seemed to shift and the instructor was very short giving little to no information when he asked questions during the practice portion. He said it felt as though she wanted him to just get out of the car already. Once the skills test came he said they were already 25min into the drive and they still hadn’t done half of the testing sheet (realized this after getting the copy back and seeing that she didn’t have him do any of the parking requirements). She just had him driving in loops for 25min and when he was inching forward at a stop light to see if he was okay to make a right turn a pedestrian was crossing and before he could stop the instructor slammed her foot on the break and ended the test immediately. He was confused because on his test score sheet there are only 2 circled things and in the comment section where she failed him the reasoning is barely legible but it isn’t even the same reason for why she claimed to have failed him when she told him in person. I can’t help but feel this instructor was biased or had it out for my boyfriend. He has taken one lesson with her in the past and had a similar negative experience. There’s plenty other unprofessional things that were said and done and overall he was made to feel extremely uncomfortable with this instructor in the car. On a side note my boyfriend had his permit for a year and had recently gotten it renewed because it expired before he was going to take his skills test. The instructor said since he had only had his permit for a month he technically needs to drive 50hrs but he’s 26 so I’m not sure what the point was mentioning that if not to be a snide remark? I took my skills test at this same location with a different driver and my experience was completely the opposite I’m almost certain had he been paired with a different instructor he would have left that day with his license.

Experiencia fantástica: This was such a good experience for my granddaughter. Paul at the Silverdale location is such a good instructor. He made her feel comfortable right away with his dad jokes and serious, yet fun, manner. I went along on the first drive to observe and was impressed. He clearly likes teens, but doesn't suffer fools. Perfect for this important learning experience. The on line classes were great, customer service is very friendly and the website scheduling is well done and easy to navigate. I am very pleased with the entire experience. She's very confident but careful and often repeats things Paul taught her. Five stars.

Experiencia fantástica: I only took my skills test at this location, but my experience was great. My test was done with Mitch who was understanding, patient, and calm. His demeanor definitely helped me complete my skills test despite my crazy nerves! I felt I was in good hands. The process itself was straightforward. I took my test and got my temporary license (paper) the next day! I recommend this location for a skills test, especially if you’re familiar driving around Silverdale. I drove around Silverdale frequently with a learner’s permit prior to my skills test which was a motivating factor that made me select this particular location.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent driving course, all instructors are incredibly on-topic and informative, yet have a great vibe, the perfect balance of strict and kind. Cars are in great condition, and have very high tier safety measures to ensure there are NO collisions. Amazing experience so far, I look forward to finishing this class. Papa D is the best, glad I had him as my class teacher.

Experiencia negativa: My entire experience throughout the course was fine, along with the drives. But my problem is where on January 5th, I had my final drive. They did not ask for my driving log hours, so I didn't give it to them. The next day, my mother was hospitalized and remained paralyzed from the next down for the next 5 1/2 months until she passed away this past June. I hadn't been able to manage anything because my mother had all the info and she couldn't even speak. My step father called recently to see if I could take my written and driving test sometime soon, because I was still eligible until September. They denied us saying that I had failed because I failed to turn in my driving log and that my mother hadn't replied to emails or calls for months. We explained the situation and even told them over the phone that my mother was literally dead, and we could still send the hours but we were still denied. I'm so angry because we had no access to any of my mothers emails during this time so we had no way of knowing and my family refuses and quite simply cannot afford to spend hundreds of dollars on a course that I've already taken and re do 5 drives that I have already done successfully. Normally I'd email this or call but since the front desk didn't want to listen so I'm leaving this here!

Experiencia negativa: Absolutely awful experience. They try to justify smacking my students hand with it being "corrective." And justify the actions of ASSULTING MY KID, because "the instructor is an ex sheriff"... Absolutely disgusting people that are ONLY after money. Some of the instructors are okay, the select few who actually care about your saftety. But the front desk is short and aggressive to very simple questions, on multiple occasions. And overall was not impressed and borderline offended. I'll take my business elsewhere thank you. To a School, not a bank with cars to rent and have time limits when every other schoolive looked into has stated the DoL has no time limits, and they want me to repay cause they got sick and are a few days too late? And to offer me "a discount on another course" not cool. Maybe learn to do your jobs a bit rather than wasting covid victims time and money, because you didn't want them in while they were sick. Suddenly we're past the time frame? Completely unprofessional. I'll be reaching out to the DoL and any other services I can to make sure these time limits they are basically illegally setting despite them not being a thing due to covid. Money hungry. Nothing more.

Driving with Justin has also been a lot easier and calmer than I thought. I have driving anxiety and the course as well as the drives have made it a bit easier to see past that. 100% recommend

Didn’t say anything about our phone call in this did i? simply stating very argumentative and leave it at that. so great reply. He didn’t explain anything as I stated to you previously on phone, You explained things but he didn’t. Just to clear that up. When a 15 year old says he didn’t learn very much from the previous drive because he’s to wrapped up in talking about video games and doing Donald trump impressions among others… pretty sad. 1 more drive to go and DONE.

Experiencia negativa: By far the worst instructor I’ve ever been with I don’t remember his name but he was rude he purposely failed me by a few points I believe it’s because I’m part of the military he told me how he couldn’t join because he was too fat and everyone else in his family was in the military I guess that’s why he hated me and failed me on two occasions. I also tried to cancel one of my rides 8 hours before because there was hail and the roads were icy They kept all $90 I gave them for the test and said because it wasn’t 48 hours before I couldn’t cancel

Also the instructors are amazing they explain and they don’t make it feel like a classroom more like a fun hangout time where we learn.

Experiencia negativa: Really terrible experience for my husband. The examiner simply went through the exam afterwards quickly marking what was wrong--gave no time to review or understand the correct answers. Stated "oh well, you'll have another chance," when in fact we had lost the first exam opportunity because a family member was being tested for COVID. I know options are limited in this area, but would recommend against this one.

Experiencia negativa: I spoke with a lady who said she was the owner. This lady was very rude. Months ago, we scheduled the 5 hour drive for my child. One day was scheduled for 3 September in the afternoon which is the first day of school. I question the date and another lady at the time said we could figure something out if it was a time conflict. I called to reschedule because the schools just provided students with their schedules. The “owner lady” said, I cannot accommodate you because everyone has problems. Then, she started talking about her child who is a senior and how she just got his schedule. I never understood why she told me that information because she seemed to care less about my child just receiving her schedule . I asked could she make an exception because I just received her schedule. I gave suggestions like reschedule or come about 15 minutes late. She said, no and if I cancel she would charge me a fee. She started talking over me and insisting my child miss the first day of school. She never listened to me or tried to accommodate in another way. You would think as a business owner she would be more flexible during COVID.
