All instructors and staff were great and friendly. Whenever we had a question, they replied in a very timely manner via email or call. Scheduling lessons and tests was easy, and the different time slot offers worked great with our schedules. Big shout-out! You guys did a fantastic job, and our son had a good time. Experiencia negativa: Horrible company policies. They wouldn’t allow me to change my daughter’s class before classes even started. My daughter’s grandma is sick and she might go down to California to visit her. I wanted to move to the next month just in case. They wouldn’t allow me to move to the next month. And so I asked for a refund. They wouldn’t issue a full refund either, all this before classes even started. They would only refund 50%. They are just out to get as much money as they can without descent policies for their customers. Go with another agency.

Experiencia positiva: The classes were the most helpful, and the drives were good for constructive criticism, but it's difficult to learn to drive in a car that you don't use. If you practice with a different car and then come to drive in a sedan, then turning, reversing, and parking are all different and just confusing. I recommend practicing just being in your car and knowing how big it is. Also, if you have access to anyone with a different driver license, like a truck driver, don't just interview them – practice with them as well. Spatial awareness in general is the most important thing while driving.

Experiencia fantástica: David Hudson is probably the best instructor out there, I have anxiety and it’s hard driving without being nervous, with David he makes it so you’re not nervous at all. He lets you know that you’re doing good and make you comfortable and confident when driving and that it’s okay to make mistakes. He’s truly the best and has made me a confident and calmer driver. He deserves the best.

Experiencia fantástica: I highly highly recommend Defensive Driving School (our experience was in Poulsbo). They are all about teaching the dangers and responsibilities of driving in a very effective way. The instructors are also kind and know how to interact with teens. The school is organized and tech savvy too for scheduling. They offer online and in person. Make ups are easy to arrange. If you can put the time in I recommend signing up for in-person classes because your teen then has a ton of opportunity to practice driving to the class. They are much much better than our experience at another Poulsbo school and also stand on their own as being outstanding. Do everyone a favor and send your kids here. They and everyone else will be much safer now and for a lifetime!

Experiencia positiva: Driving school is super fun though with some of the videos they share in the online classes makes me scared to actually get on the road and start driving. But the most enjoyable and fun part of my driving school experience is my instructor Mitch he’s a lot of fun to talk to and has the most bizarre vocal impressions which makes class much more enjoyable which pulls in my attention so much more.

Experiencia fantástica: All of the instructors were incredibly kind and patient. I was in Papa D’s online class, and he was awesome. He made sure that everyone got their notes down before moving on, and was very patient and happy overall. For my driving lessons, I had Bob and David, and both were just as equally patient and uplifting as Papa D, making sure to take time on teaching me the things I had trouble with and were very encouraging. There were a lot of dad jokes too, but hey, in my opinion it just made the entire experience 100x better.

Experiencia positiva: I am taking online classes right now, and they are amazing. Papa D was my instructor for teaching!! Their office does close a bit earlier than some of the online classes start like I start class at 6pm but the office closes at 5pm so always make sure to call before your online class. Other then that it’s been an overall great experience.

Online instructor is condescending and constantly talks politics. Unprofessional. Awful place. Refuses to take any constructive criticism and only responds with condescending comments. Awful customer service. Disgusting.

Experiencia negativa: Clear Scammers ! I’ve been a driver for 10 years , not from this country so I had to take a test . Not only my instructor lied on my score ( asked me to stop instead of park , and I asked specifically to clarify if I have to park or stop) but he scored my “parking on hill” low because I haven’t turned my wheels to the right , he also marked that I haven’t looked left (which I also did ). But well nobody can check what happened and change my score after). So he’s either too old to remember or they simply trying to make money. May be both. Not recommended !

Experiencia fantástica: Very professional testers, and Dave in particular helped me out a whole lot after a driving skills test to make sure I knew how to improve. Came in for a second test, and his post-test feedback helped me pass the second time. :) Highly recommend.

Experiencia negativa: Money sink hole, do not hire. Prices are both high, and do not match services to be rendered, in my opinion. If you value your time or money, read other reviews if this place, and think twice. Other driving schools do not have such poor financial policy, but since you are closest to my low income housing area, you are my only option. Thank you for putting me out a days wages over nothing, I really needed that money for my family. Edit: now that you have responded to my review in an irrelevant and derisive manner to my issue with your service, I'm sure that you feel much better about yourself.

Experiencia negativa: The school was ok my girlfriend told me but the old guy who is testing made her parrel park had her do it between imaginary car and said she wasn't centered this is the one in poulsbo not really fare if u ask me Just saying

Experiencia fantástica: I took my knowledge test and skills test here after moving from another country. I had the one hour lesson followed immediately by the skills test and it was a great experience. My instructor was very accommodating and patient with me since I hadn't been out on the road in a couple of years. The whole experience was well organised and professional.
