Throughout my daughter's training, Misty was very responsive, polite, and informative. All required certifications were mailed to our home in a timely manner. I truly appreciate this office, as it helped make both my ability to teach and my daughter's ability to learn much smoother. I would recommend this office to anyone seeking a driver's education course, whether for yourself or your teenager. Thank you and continued blessings!

She also teaches us how to be safe out there and genuinely cares about our safety as well as others. She teaches us the basics as well as how to prepare ourselves and watch out. Misty communicates so thoroughly and often with students and parents. I highly recommend utilizing their services for what you are needing in regards to driving. I cannot say enough about how wonderful this business is and how helpful and easy they made the Drivers Ed experience. Misty helped us from getting the approvals from NM MVD to navigating all the paperwork needed to get permits and provisional licenses. She’s helpful, friendly, organized, and responsive. And my boys learned. Absolutely fantastic business!!

Experiencia negativa: The class they offer might be good, but customer service is horrible & management is extremely rude. I used another driver's education program in Las Cruces & the people there were very friendly & helpful. Thank you for your reply but, I did speak to management as my review stated. But, my concerns didn't matter until I posted this review. I would have welcomed the opportunity to have questions answered & resolve issues had that been offered to me. I understand the loss of one customer doesn't matter which was clearly portrayed. I wish your offer was sincere & taken place at the time, instead of waiting to respond to a public post. Especially since my child's living arrangements were dependent on transportation issues.
