Experiencia positiva: I made an appointment on Wednesday around 12. I showed up at the time that we agreed and They told me. I have to wait 40 minutes before my appointment. So I just told her if we could reschedule for another day because I didn’t have time and they said yes Saturday’s. They don’t have that scheduling problem and I showed up on Saturday at the time. we agreed, and again, they make me wait another 40 minutes. I talked to one of the employees there, and they tell me it’s because other people come in late and it delays the appointments. I think this is just a weird way. They’re running their appointments and should have more than one person running the establishment, so this problem doesn’t happen.

Experiencia negativa: This poor excuse for a testing center will damage your car, and violently scream at you. Completely incompetent test taker. Screamed at my partner, forcefully changed the gear shift into park while the car was moving. Gave contradicting instructions constantly, while screaming full volume at you. DO NOT GO HERE! Worst experience we've ever had. ANYWHERE else is better. Edit to respond: The issue was not that my partner did not pass their test. We are aware WHY they didn't pass their test. The issue was that you screamed at them, and did something that would PERMANENTLY DAMAGE MY VEHICLE! You were completely unprofessional and nobody should feel safe being tested by you.

My husband went for his scheduled road test with this place today the instructor at first told my husband how good of a driver he is but in the end ended up failing him for the tiniest thing. All this company cares about is taking peoples money. THE ARE A COMPLETE SCAM HOW ARE THEY STILL IN BUSINESS I WILL BE CONTACTING THE BUSINESS BUREAU TO INVESTIGATE! They will fail you at the very end just so you can come back to pay again.
