Experiencia fantástica: I took the online class this past weekend and it was great! Mr.Khan made the material easy to understand and it was super affordable.

Experiencia fantástica: Took the 8 hour class in 2019 and ended up failing the test. In 2024, they managed to pull up my record so I wouldn't have to retake the course (and pay the fee). Honest and professional.

Experiencia negativa: The instructor or owner was very rude first of all. We paid one price for two classes, on the first class my daughter was a few minutes late and he canceled the class we had scheduled a previous class and the same instructor showed up 40 minutes late without calling we had to initiate contact to get information yet a few minutes later for a class and it's canceled no refund no consideration whatsoever. My daughter shows up on time for the second of the two classes that were paid for and waits to no avail she calls and is told that in order to take her second class she has to now pay again. It's good to note that offices open at 12 apparently she was told yet the classes wer scheduled for 11. There is obviously a scam going on in this school and the owners either are aware and do not care or are not aware but in any given situation they should be aware since their location is where this person picks up and drops off students. I attempted to speak to the instructor who stated he does not need our money however refused to give a refund of any sorts and proceeded to hang up the phone. The payment was made using zelle which was also strange for a company with an office location. Beware of this school the stars are not what the experience portray.

Experiencia negativa: Very unprofessional. Very Rude. Gives wrong information and negotiates when it seems fit for him. I booked my first class he was very late. I rebook 2 classes with him and was 20 mins late to my first class. he canceled my class claiming that he sent the instructor home (he’s the instructor) and said no refund which I understoood. Went to my second class and he was not there. I called and said I made it for my class he stated that in order to take that class I had to pay for another class which makes no sense since I paid for both at one time. When I said this makes no sense he said what do I want him to do. Very avaricious and greedy. Customer service is terrible I would not refer at all

Experiencia negativa: This guy is very bad mouth, he think he lives in Pakistan and he can threat, abuse to anyone. Getting driving lesson from him it’s impossible. His cars are very unsafe don’t know how DOT approved his cars. His cars bald tires, brakes are bad. Control arms, inner outer tie rods bushing , Axel, whole front end is shaking and very unsafe cars. So peoples be careful about Major driving school. Be careful while getting classes.

Got my e-certificate today and couldn’t be happier to have taken the online corse through Major Driving School. Sign up was simple via number, paypal, google doc, and they even took me in last minute. Very highly recommend and wouldn’t of wanted it any other way!!

I called a few schools so that my son can meet the requirements needed for DMV and no one helped like the staff here ... they made sure they went over and beyond... They even helped after hours ... Experiencia negativa: We called to get information regarding a class and a man with a strong accent picked up the phone. It was hard to understand him and he became annoyed as were asked more questions for clarity. He hung up on our face and when we called back as we thought it was an accident he said he will hang up again if we are asking more questions. There are other driving schools in the area and this behavior is unacceptable.

Experiencia negativa: I was in this crazy Mr khan class 2 years ago. I took the 8 hours class and got this certification at the same day! Class was ok ! He asked all the class to give him a 5 stars review even if its not professional. At the end of the class i asked him how much would it cost to rent a car and so on! He convinced me that if i paid him cash right away he would give a break even if i wasnt ready to take the exam! He said no problem anytime it works for you we will do! I ended up giving him the 200$ cash i had in my pocket! He took it without giving a receipt. I didnt pay attention and just left! I ended going overseas for a vacation and just before my vacation was over covid started and got stuck overseas for a long time! After coming back it took me a while to be able to go back to his office! And boom his office is closed and couldnt reach him. I started asking if he s still in business and I figured out that google has a new location for his business/i went to him in peace and asked him to just gime services for the amount of money i already paid i knew he wouldnt refund me so didnt even ask him to! The guy is so rude and disrespectful that he kicked me out of new office ! I have seen so much violence and hostility coming from him He talked so loud with a very bad tone and so much arrogance and rudness. I felt terrible and even terrorized. I told him i will expose him and tell everyone how ugly and money hungry he is! Im looking if anybody went through the same with him .i have seen few bad comments in here and i agree with them! This guy is not normal he could have just say sorry and apologized that its too late for a refund ! I felt that he could have hurt me if i didnt leave! I believe in karma and sure bad things will go his way ! He s a crook and a thief and doesn’t deserve to be called a teacher

Experiencia negativa: Klan is very rude. Kindness and encouragement are not in his book. He gets frustrated and says mean things. He does not teach you anything, he just criticizes what you do. His words cause me to be so discouraged, that I changed my test date because I felt so crushed and wounded by his words. Mr. Klan, it is time for you to change your profession. Teaching an individual to drive is very important and students need teacher with love and gentleness. You have to love what you do, in order to do it at your best. It's not just about money. He is one bitter old man Just an update! I passed my road test using epic driving school. The instructor was gentle and encouraging.

Also maybe don't gaslight customers with legitimate criticisms of your behavior and make it seem like they are the incompetent ones. Experiencia negativa: So I called the number to this driving school and as I’m asking the young lady questions an Indian man gets on the line. He was extremely rude and did not want to answer any questions regarding what he has to offer and why his price is high. He is over priced for the little one on one compared to other driving schools that will charge a bit more but will give your teens an entire course of time to feel confident enough to pass. I understand it’s 5:08pm passed their business hours, but they called me back!? As someone who shops around for the best for her kids I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone unless you want your kids to deal with an unpleasant person with no customer service skills. FYI, the reviews on here are all his friends. Seriously need to do your homework and ask questions, I guarantee he feels like no one should question his establishment as if he gives great deals. His prices are low because he doesn’t offer what other schools do. Like he said they offer the basic required minimum.

Experiencia positiva: I took an 8 hour driving course and 4 1-hour road lesson to practice driving. I had an okay experience overall. Mr. Khan can be very rude and unprofessional at times. There was was one instance where I was scheduled to have a lesson and he did not put me down for it because he had a class he did not inform me of. The lessons I had with him were okay - at times I felt like he wasn’t allowing me to independently do the lessons although I understood how to do critical driving skills. I would prefer if he would critique after I implemented the skills rather than do it for me. For example, during reverse parking, he would hold and turn wheel for me even though I knew how to reverse park. He can be very mean and degrading at times. He insulted my intelligence a few times. It’s important to always uplift people you are teaching because it can give them the confidence they need. Unfortunately, I did not get that much from him, only criticism on mistakes. Overall, I think he comes off mean and overcritical to get you to notice your mistakes. If you follow his directions and communicate with him your concerns or opinions, you should be fine. Overall, I got toward my goal of passing my exam which outweighs everything else.

The instructor taught me everything I needed to know for the road test (parallel parking, reverse parking, speed control, etc.) and Mr. Khan was very accommodating when it came to scheduling appointments. Everything went pretty smoothly, would definitely recommend.

Experiencia negativa: One lonely angry dude with a god complex. Distasteful “humor”, rude, unprofessional, threatens to fail you for asking justifiable questions. Either creates fake accounts to post positive reviews about his business or (again) threatens to fail his students if they don’t leave a good review. Absolutely unethical.
