Experiencia negativa: Shady Place, Can’t Even Get. A Hold Of Them on the phone. It’s like they want you to mess up so you pay all the extra fees and at first Douglas said I wouldn’t have to go for treatment and then happily turned around and changed his mind because he “overlooked something.” They just want the money. This place won’t last long. Somebody’s gonna take legal action against their shady selves. I brought my doctors note cause I was having trouble breathing and they wouldn’t accept it cause it was the day after the classes as if that truly matters. I had trouble breathing and still dealing with that, I have to take steroids to breathe. I can’t even get a hold of you via phone.

Experiencia negativa: Trying to help a friend navigate the circus act that is this place has been nothing short of infuriating. He's got legitimate questions—nothing outlandish, just things that deserve actual answers. But apparently, that's asking too much. Either no one picks up the phone, or the one time someone did grace us with their presence, they hung up faster than I could say, "Do your job." If you're mandating people (and let's face it, they probably don't want to be there either) to attend your DUI school, the bare minimum is to actually pick up the phone during business hours. It's called "basic professionalism"—try it sometime.

Experiencia negativa: **Unprofessional and Suspicious Experience with Mr. Douglas Hall** My experience with Mr. Douglas Hall was deeply concerning. From the start, his behavior was unsettling—his pupils were noticeably dilated, and he seemed inexplicably angry throughout the evaluation. Given his erratic demeanor, I strongly believe he should undergo drug testing, particularly for methamphetamines, and be evaluated for mental health issues. Mr. Hall seemed frustrated that the court had already mandated my treatment, which raised red flags for me. It felt as though the treatment providers listed by this organization might be paying them for recommendations, which casts serious doubt on their integrity. The fact that this organization is labeled as a nonprofit is suspicious, considering how they operate—reminds me of how the NBA is also classified as a nonprofit. Let's not pretend this isn't a questionable practice. Another major issue is their communication—or lack thereof. They don't answer phone calls, and when you try to speak to someone, you're stuck in an endless loop of instructions. Don't waste your time expecting any kind of support or service from them. Overall, I left feeling more troubled after my interaction with Mr. Hall than before. I strongly advise caution if you have to deal with this organization or this individual.

Experiencia negativa: They say they closed at 2;00pm but I called numerous times at 1;10pm and nothing just music on hold they are terrible class had the same complaints the whole class ask the teacher cause they ask us what we think they can do to improve number 1 was pick up the phone before 2;00pm and new videos not classics when we wasn't even born videos. very upset I had to drive there before 2;00 pm to get some one to hear me out and email my evauation....

Experiencia negativa: I've been calling everyday this week to try to talk with someone and I've been placed on hold for and hour if not longer. Than someone gets on the line and says they will be right back with you to please wait a brief hold 45 mind later to hang up on you. This is absolutely insane. I still haven't gotten a hold of anyone to help me with my issue. Poor customer service

Experiencia negativa: This place is an absolute joke of a business. All they do is take your money and nickel and dime you for any changes you need to make. If this company could charge you for oxygen I'm sure they would. They do not have any appointments for evaluations but you have to get it done within a certain time after you take the course or else you have to PAY for the course AGAIN. They CANCELLED my first appointment then tried rescheduling my second appointment THREE TIMES. I had to get my lawyer involved then they wanted to get their act together. This evaluation was keeping me from getting my certificate to provide to the state to get my drivers license. It took another month and a half after they cancelled my first evaluation for the evaluation to get done and get my drivers license. This place does not care about you time or your livelihood. After I finally got my evaluation done with the DUI school they recommended I needed alcohol treatment. From what I hear from everyone that had the unfortune experience of going to this DUI school, they recommend treatment to EVERYONE. Everyone?! I picked a provider from there list to do the evaluation with them to truly see if I needed treatment and guess what they said? I do not need treatment!! This was over a month ago and I thought I would be done with this sad excuse of a business but no. I emailed them today to see if they got the letter from the treatment provider stating I did not need treatment and they told me "The Clinical Supervisor has to review it being that you were not recommended for treatment. Once this has been done, you will be contacted." A month went by and I am just hearing about this?! If I didn't email them I am sure they wouldn't have told me anything and they would be sitting in their chairs collecting a comfy check from the government. Because they know they will get paid either way if they do nothing or actually cared. I took the DUI course, did the DUI school evaluation, and the treatment provider evaluation...why does this need to go through an extra step? A certified professional said I did not need treatment. Someone more certified then their so called evaluators that they have at the school. If you can go anywhere else to take care of your DUI needs DO IT. This school is a waste of money and they do not care about you. If I had another option in Hillsborough county for a DUI school I would have taken it. I knew what I was getting into after reading the reviews but because I live in Hillsborough county I only had this option. I guess because they know they are the only option for Hillsborough they get away with murder.

His old school sense of humor went a long way in making the course somewhat enjoyable & to pass the time. I wish more people these days would accept such humor & take it for what it's worth. Experiencia negativa: Just witnessed the most awful experience between Brenda a customer Xavier, he was trying to resolve an issue and be a man of his word . She refused to help and assist his needs as a tax paying citizen. He payed for his class then she cancelled it!! After admitting it on camera!! The proper thing to do would to get another person to help this customer but she refused to do so! So sad ! This lady has no business handling these needs. Who ever is the higher ups of this facility really needs to look into this !

Experiencia negativa: Brenda needs to be fired! She’s a liar and a thief! My brother has video evidence of her admitting that she received all the paperwork required for the class, but she then cancelled the class stating that he never turned it in. This is discrimination at its finest!

Experiencia negativa: place needs to be put out of business does nothing but the opposite of HELP. tried to make things harder and SCAMS PEOPLE OUT OF THEIR MONEY. paid for the whole course and scheduled the evaluation and they purposely scheduled it right on the 90 days. when we tried to reschedule because our son was sick with pneumonia in the hospital, they pretty much told us to kick rocks. I just got a phone call this morning from some entitled, rude woman in regards to my fiancé. When I try to explain the situation, she was rude and hung up on me. She did the same thing multiple times to my fiancé.
