Experiencia negativa: Creo que no hay menos de una estrella para calificar a estos personajes es todo un reto hablar con un representante cuando contestan son súper déspotas ,cancelan citas y reprograman a su antojo sin dar un motivo y me dice trankilamente la chica que si la reprogramacion la hace el cliente cuesta 40 dólares es algo de película Dantesca

Experiencia fantástica: just got my license, had the driving lesson and road test here. Betsy is a very good instructor, responsible, punctual. She gives clear instructions and showed me a lot of tangible indications on how to maneuver the car, (I had been through a lot other instructors in other countries that only gives vague indications on what you should do) She also managed all the admin stuff: like lesson and exam booking, they may come in a bit short notice, or need a few reminders, but she make sure the slot will works for you. Had my lesson every week and got the exam booked one week after. The agent on online chat also answered my queries in detail. The examiner also give clear instructions. If you have the choice, try to stay out of summer break when the school is busiest.

Experiencia fantástica: My son took the driving skills test at the Metro Traffic School facility located at 1321 SW 107 Avenue, 2nd Floor, #213A Miami, FL 33174 on April 27, 2024. He was told that he had passed. I remember clearly asking for proof and I was told that the result goes directly into the DMV system. When my son tried to get his driver’s license in Tallahassee where he attends College he was told that the results of the test “were not in the system”. I called Metro Traffic School and I was placed on hold 5 times by 5 different people for more than 20 minutes each time. The proof is on my phone. They all indicated that they had to write an email to Tallahassee and that my son had to wait until the results arrived. All the staff was rude, dismissive and not willing to help. However, my sixth call was taken by Mayra from Nicaragua. She was very much more interested in listening and helping. She asked me for my phone number and told me that she would call me back when she were sure that the result of the test is actually in the system. I will be patiently waiting for her call.

Experiencia negativa: Horrible experience! They make you pay and pay and they cant do their jobs correctly! I took my test a month ago ive gone to the dmv 5 times and the dmv doesnt have my results in yet! Its incredible and you call and there is a lady that answers that is super rude and has no type of solution for you! Telling me they cant do nothing about it that I have to send an email to Tallahassee why does the client have to the their job for them! And i still have NO SOLUTION TO ALL OF THIS!

Experiencia negativa: Tras leer comentarios positivos, la realidad es bien distinta, no informan correctamente y su comunicación por teléfono no brinda la información correcta ni necesaria sobre pagos y citas. Lamentablemente la experiencia ha sido muy negativa. Les recomiendo usar otros servicios o informarse bien antes de ir a esta agencia y aclarar antes de ir.
