Experiencia negativa: Do not go here!! The instructor is very rude and impatient he doesn’t know how politely correct your mistakes, instead tries to belittle you and talk to you in a rude tone until you get it right. I hope you learn how to be nice to your customers especially since they are the ones putting money in your POCKET.

Experiencia negativa: First of all very rude customer service. Rude staff: No respect for people and their time. Calls are unanswered and even if you have an appointment they rush in people at a first come first serve basis. Then they tell you minimum of 12 occupancy. Once you get to take the knowledge test by luck, the instructor would find a reason to delay/dismiss the test and kick you out. I witnessed 2 people that were told to leave and the staff stated" You ruined my test, go out" The staff was eating in front of the people taking the test and the room looks compact as you don't have enough space to take test. So what knowledge test has a question" If Sarah has to drive back to school overnight, (a)would she eat a big meal and take a nap or (b)change her plans and leave in the morning" SMH. .I strongly suggest that you avoid this place as they are biased, because one of the staff already states "lets see if they pass". I hope that in future, they welcome diversity(people of color) with warmth!

I am very grateful to AA Driving School for being extremely fair with the testing & recommend this business for anyone needing to take their tests. Scheduling my appointments was easy & fast. Experiencia fantástica: My mother recommended this place for me. Overall, greatest driving school experience! I was able to take my written test and driving test all in a matter of time. The instructor was super nice, very informative, and honest. Scheduling is super flexible and rescheduling is not too bad compared to other schools. Knowledge test was done on paper. If you’re looking for a simple kind school to go to, I also recommend this place!

Experiencia fantástica: Driving instructor was very helpful and straight forward I was a little nervous but the instructor John Nguyen was very understanding and helped me on calming down I recommend getting a warm up drive before starting the test that way you can get more accustomed to the car and road which helps on the actual test.

Experiencia negativa: If I could give negative stars I would. I never met someone that owns a business and continues to stay operating due to his attitude. Pitching a fit, throwing papers around and fussing in front of children is not okay. It’s one thing to be strict but it’s another to act horrible. If this is the type of instructor you want, then by all means, hire him.

Experiencia negativa: Selected a 30 minute warmup + test with my own car. They would not test me in my car because the top brake light was out. OK. Took the test with their car, wasn't given a warmup, or the sheet that tells you the things the expect/require. Failed as a result of driving in an unfamiliar vehicle, not having time to learn how the vehicle turns, brakes, and accelerated, and not having prior knowledge of various things. Also failed me for not checking my blindspot, even though I did using the blindspot mirrors. I did fail things of my own accord, but failed to pass as a result of their negligence. Will not be retaking here.

Experiencia fantástica: Had a great experience with my skills test. If you are considering this location, YOU MUST try this school, I believe you only need 1 try because of the calm nature of the instructor.

Experiencia negativa: this school is the worst I do not recommend the teacher is a very hateful person does not treat anyone well, treats you like garbage and wants to bribe you for $500 to pass your test and lies to you that you did not pass the exam so you can charge more, he yells at you , do not go to this school it is very bad .

When we arrived on time for the road test, he said that he was not available and asked us to wait in the office to see what he could do. I said we have other scheduled, can we start the test now? He threatened to us.Do you want to pass??? And he said three time. He simply abused his power. If you want to come here, please be careful, he will definitely charge extra and won't keep the appointed time.

He gave highly constructive feedback while getting me familiar with many different driving conditions. He is a strict teacher and will not go easy on your mistakes, but that’s what helped me learn faster. Taking a few lessons gave me the confidence to drive in traffic and pass the driver’s test! Mr. Nguyen is very patient and professional, so I always felt very comfortable and safe when practicing. He gave me good advice that helped me gain confidence and defensive driving skills. Thank you!

Experiencia fantástica: I took the driving test at this place and had the 30 minute warm up before the test. It helped a lot because practicing from home, I thought I already knew what to do from the teachings of my friends and family although it is much more complex and really have to follow the rules strictly to pass. The instructor was really nice and gave me constructive criticism during the warm up which has helped me a lot for the actual test. Very nice and would recommend this place for your driving testing and practices.

But had to call and wait .ok no problem. But the bad mood he was in was not my falt ...but ather than that it was good

Experiencia fantástica: My girlfriend had no driving experience. After she got her permit I tried teaching her to drive, but she was too afraid to drive faster than 5 mph. She took 5 lessons at AA over the course of a week and by the end could drive me around downtown Seattle. She was also able to pass her driving test after that week. The driving instructor is really friendly and knows what he’s doing. I would definitely recommend! Note: I learned to drive in California years ago and really wish I had an instructor like him. If the owner of AA driving school reads this then know I appreciate you!

Experiencia fantástica: I came here with zero driving experience and was scared to even start a car. The instructor was really patient with me and taught me all the basics and gave me great advice. I took 5 five lessons with him; at the start, I could barely drive more than 5mph and would get extremely nervous and by the end of my final lesson, I was able to drive on highways and become more confident and even pass my driving test the next day! Would 100% recommend to all my friends and family in the future!

Experiencia negativa: Worst learning experience ever. Reschuduled my class at the last moment multiple times. Very unprofessional and impatient. Felt under pressure the whole time and kept making more mistakes. I went to a different driving school and learned more in one class than i did here in 4.

Experiencia negativa: My girlfriend actually became a less confident driver after I spent hundreds of dollars on lessons here. The instructor does not communicate clearly, discourages questions, and is a constant source of non-specific and non-constructive criticism. The only thing I can think of to explain the positive reviews is maybe he comes off different if you speak his native Vietnamese, but if you don't I would highly recommend looking elsewhere.
