Experiencia fantástica: Best driving school in New Jersey. My instructor was Tony. He is so nice calm patient and very good to teach. I had refreshing class with him before road test but I have no idea of parallel parking he make me to pass the test in the first try. The office staff is perfect too. I was disappointed with other driving school and cancel the appointment but they find a way to keep my road test on the day that I appointed and send the the best instructor. Thanks again.

My daughter really took the tips she gave her and applies them always. We will be using Kat an hour before her driving road test for added instruction!

She gives you tips on your driving and how to drive better. All together her driving instructions made me get my license and still stay with me now when I drive.

Experiencia fantástica: Am 61years old and wanted to learn to drive, so i got in touch with the Howell driving school. The lady that i talked to was very nice to me. We talked about what i wanted to do, after which she told me the name of the person who would be at my house to pick me up on the day in question. His name is Carl. I think he's the best person to teach anyone to drive. He's so patient and know how to get you to be calm and relaxed. Well the whole thing is because of him and his patience with me i got my drivers license. I would recommend anyone who wants to learn to drive just going touch with the Howell driving school and ask for Carl. That's my view.

Experiencia positiva: Knowledgeable, patient, and overall amazing instructors and staff, however the office opening at 2pm is very inconvenient. I woke up feeling sick the day of my second lesson (today, as of writing) and was unable to reschedule because the office was still closed, and therefore unavailable for calls. In the end, I ended up doing my 2 hour lesson anyway despite not feeling my best. My instructor Kat was very understanding and helpful, but since I wasn't feeling well, I don't think I fully absorbed the lesson. I definitely recommend this school for first-time drivers of any age, but make absolutely sure you pick a time when the office is open while scheduling your lesson so you can reschedule or cancel, if need be.

Experiencia fantástica: We had a great experience with Howell Driving School for our daughter. The staff was very friendly and efficient when scheduling our daughter for her driving lessons. The instructors were great and arrived on time to take her for lessons and did a great job teaching her to drive. When the DMV location she was scheduled to take her road test at closed down suddenly due to Covid, they quickly got her test moved to another location for the same day which we greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend them and we are in the process of using them again for our second daughter.

Experiencia fantástica: My daughter’s school does not offer driver’s Ed so we relied on HDS for the entire licensing process. The staff was very helpful and explained the process from initial permit to license processing thoroughly. They scheduled her road test a year in advance of her 17th birthday which turned out to be a blessing because we were coming out of quarantine on her 17th birthday and DMV appointment wait times were weeks long. The instructors were punctual with pick up and drop off. The cost was competitive with other driving schools in the area. I would strongly recommend them.

Experiencia fantástica: We used Howell Driving School for my 16 year old son's driving lessons. First of all, Chanelle at the front desk is very professional and helpful. She is very knowledgeable and walks you through the process including my son taking his repeat written driving exam in the office and scheduling his lessons and driving exam with the DMV. She also scheduled all of his lessons with the same instructor Don which was helpful. Don did all 6 hours of behind the wheel with my son and he was excellent. Patient and knowledgeable and also explained to me the process after his lessons were concluded. We are hoping to schedule his refresher lessons with Don. I highly recommend this driving school they were excellent all around and picked up my son at our home for all lessons.

Experiencia fantástica: We use this driving school for both of our children. They did an excellent job. Currently it was complicated because it was in the middle of the pandemic. They were very clean and took every precaution. Their teachers are excellent. The vehicles are spotless and we’re looking forward to our second son I’m passing this test in June! Although they are in Howell we are in Manalapan and that was it no way an issue. I highly recommend the driving school!
