Experiencia negativa: I cannot claim their services are not adequate. However, I can say that they are rude/condescending on the phone, have prices advertised they do not honor and they hung up on my wife while she was inquiring about services. For a new potential customer to inquire about services, this is not how they should be treated. Updated response: The misunderstanding with the promotion was over and done with before a verbal conversation was had. It was not even mentioned initially during the phone call until she was asked if she had been the one that sent the screenshot as it was a moot point. Your site advertises $425 for 6 hours. The first post on your Facebook page says $399 and your website metadata says $349. Going with the higher price when we inquired, we were advised that it would be an additional $50 fee for the written test which should have brought the cost to $475. When asking for the total my wife was quoted a price of $559, then told she would be given a "special" discount to $539. She could hear someone in the background saying "Yea tell her that price and that we'll give her a discount to make her happy". At no time did my wife argue the price or the fact that the promotions were no longer valid. When she thanked you for your time and the information, you hung up on her without another word. This was in addition to and after the original disconnect you mention. To have someone in the background repeatedly making comments when they thought they couldn't be heard then hanging up on a potential customer is not appropriate.

She knew exactly what to focus on and she was 100% spot on with what to expect. We practiced parallel parking and k turns at least 20 times until I had it down. Without her help I would have likely failed. I highly recommend doing at least a refresher with her before your test!

All her techniques were easy including parallel parking I got on the first day of lessons because of how she taught and gave me lessons that I will keep for a lifetime to better me as a driver.
