Experiencia fantástica: I beyond thankful my daughter found this driving school, my daughter had to take the road test two times because of the first she failed due to her working with a another driving school that wasn’t good at all. Her second time we found Ariel driving school she tried it and she loved it, she said that the way he teaches is very good , it showed that they actually cared of you passing your road test and patient with you. She worked with Juan a very great teacher and thanks to him she passed her road test.

Experiencia negativa: Scammer alert. Ariel told me to zelle half the money upfront for driving lessons but no one ever showed up for the lessons. After 4 no shows I called to ask for my money back and he said he would return it but never did. I’ve called and texted various times to request a refund but he does not want to give me a refund.

I was able to choose which days worked for me for practice and I wasn’t given strict days that I had to come in. He is so kind and patient which made me feel great when it came time for my road test. He has a mock testing center and it did wonders for me. Even if you have your road test in a week and you haven’t had practice yet, get a couple lessons from Ariel and I can guarantee you will pass.

Experiencia negativa: I have been taking class with them and never have any problems until today! I took the 5 classes package plus 3 more before my first road test and I didn’t passed it . Today was my second time taking the test I was ready and in a good mood until I met Ariel for the first time he came to me and talked to me in a very rude way that I even thought he confused me with somebody else like calm down and explain to me that I have to pay $60 more because it is the second time I take the test using their car (which they never mentioned to me) and was forcing me to pay $105 which made me confuse because I did not understand where are those fees from.Instead of explaining to me he really acted rude and talked to me in a way that really upset me and even made me cry right before I take the test. Guess what? This is my second time and I failed again, I was stressed and he made me really nervous. I sent him the money right after the test and IM definitely done with him.Never again!

Experiencia negativa: Paid in full for ten classes. Never showed up on time, if they showed at all. They would schedule an 8:30 driving class ready and then no call, no show. that was my experience with them on several occasions (at least EIGHT times). I’ve been contacting them for four weeks trying get a refund. They replied after two weeks of calling everyday saying I’d pay for the 3 out of 10 classes I took and I’d get a refund for the rest. Since then I’ve tried to contact to get the refund daily with no response from the company. Edit response: no you never contacted me , I always had to reach out to you.you also told me Monday after I waited for three weeks for a response from your company . Today is Wednesday. People have lives, work and other responsibilities.
