Experiencia fantástica: I cannot say enough good things about Flex Driving School and Gary! My daughter took drivers education at her high school and the teacher was intimidating and she was terrified to drive. I tried to teach her and we just butt heads.. then I found Gary at Flex. He was SO accommodating with our hectic schedule and was always calm and patient. After just a few lessons my 17 year old was a confident and assertive new driver! My daughter passed her driving test yesterday and we owe it all to Gary. Thank you :)

Experiencia negativa: I never leave comments anywhere, but I had to say this so people don't come and get bad service, the 2 women at reception are rude and rude, the guy who helps is kind and always tries to get around the situation Of the two ignorant people, if you really want to come, come knowing that you will miss two days of work, why don't they deliver your exam on time, just the next day at noon. In the end, the service was horrible, I think we should be treated well, right, since they don't do it for free. Nunca dejo comentarios en ningún lado, pero tenía que decir esto para que la gente no venga y reciba un mal servicio, las 2 mujeres de recepción son maleducadas y groseras, el chico que ayuda es amable y siempre trata de solucionar la situación de los dos. gente ignorante, si realmente quieren venir, vengan sabiendo que faltarán dos días de trabajo, por qué no entregan su examen a tiempo, recién el día siguiente al mediodía. Al final el servicio fue horrible, creo que nos deberían tratar bien no, ya que no lo hacen gratis. Nunca deixo comentários em lugar nenhum, mas tinha que falar isso para as pessoas não virem e serem mal atendidas, as 2 mulheres da recepção são grosseiras e rudes, o cara que ajuda é gentil e sempre tenta contornar a situação dos dois gente ignorante, se você quer mesmo vir, venha sabendo que vai perder dois dias de trabalho, por que não entregam seu exame na hora, só no dia seguinte ao meio-dia. No final das contas o atendimento foi horrível, acho que a gente deveria ser bem tratado né, já que não fazem de graça.

Please address the fact your office hours on Google do not reflect the hours on the door of your "business"?

Experiencia negativa: I'm convinced this establishment is discriminatory against white people because all of the bad reviews are from english-speaking consumers. They will not sign you up for a course or even give you the proper dates to attend unless you come in to the office but the offices are NEVER open. So you can come in as many times as you want you're not going to be able to establish a date for service. Not only that but they somehow offer 8 hour courses but all locations close at 2:30 according to the signs on the doors. They should be reported to the state of Florida because they're not offering the proper curriculum according to the state if they're not even open a full 8 hours during the day. The "customer service", or the young lady that answers the phone seems to be absolutely clueless & not at all helpful. Truly awful, do not waste your time here, they're unreliable and bound to put you in a tight predicament. Not worth entrusting your driving record with these people. Experiencia fantástica: En este lugar es muy fácil sacar el examen teórico. El de manejo se hace en otro lugar. Las maestras ayudan si no sabes la respuesta. 100% recomendado

Experiencia negativa: El resultado del alcohol y droga no te lo dan el mismo día yo realicé el teórico un sábado y me mandaron a recoger alcohol y droga el lunes luego del medio día fui a las 2:40 pm y ya habían cerrado desde las 2:30 pm ,volví al día siguiente a las 9 am y me dijeron que no me lo podían dar porque era solo luego del medio día no entiendo algo que es solamente darte un papel y no quisieron dármelo solo tiene q ser luego del medio día ojo para que no le pasen lo mismo que a mi y no pierdan una mañana de trabajo por gusto aparte que no tienen una buena educación ni trato

Experiencia negativa: Todo hubiera salido bien, de no ser por una señora que se llama María, no tiene educación ni ética ni consideración alguna cuando haces la prueba en la computadora, puesto q es un momento difícil y la mayoría están nerviosos, ella se ponen a hablar en voz alta de cosas estúpidas con la puerta abierta que da a dónde se realiza el examen y no te deja concentrar en una prueba que ya tu pagaste sin devolución no les interesa, yo le pregunte a los demas compañeros que estabamos el aula y todos dijeron que si, que el ruido era molesto, no era algo personal solo que señora no admito su error cuando le pedi que cerrara la puerta y me amenazo con suspenderme el examen, el cual ya yo habia terminado y aprobado... no sé si la administración leerá ésto, pero ése tipo de personas no debería trabajar en un local atendiendo personas

Experiencia negativa: I had my class this morning at 9 I got there at 9:03 there was one older white man in front of me that was apologizing for running 3 minutes late but the old men that was checking us in told the old men in front of me he told him ya ya all of yall are always late but he let the old white men in front of me pass to class then he looks at me and tells me I have to reschedule my class I said ok and walked away as I was walking out the door a older white lady walks in and he told her you late to but he let her pass to class so I when back in and told him I want to speak with the manager and he told me I am the manager and I told him so all 3 of us are late but I’m the only one the has to reschedule and his answer was yes because I has late and then I had to walk away because I started seeing red

He seemed upset from the moment the teaching started and continued to ask me to drive above speed limit. Then failed me and said my problem is that I drive too slow. Horrible. Would not recommend
