Dear Mr. Vegh, thank you for sharing your feedback. We take all reviews seriously and are dedicated to addressing any concerns raised by our students. We are sorry to hear about your experience and regret the inconvenience you faced. Our records indicate that your Temporary Commercial Learner's Permit (CLP) had expired, and your regular CLP had not yet arrived in the mail. The day before your Rd. test, you did not show up for your 4-hour class. On the day of your road test, we made multiple attempts to contact you to ensure you could obtain another temporary CLP and to confirm your attendance. Unfortunately, we were unable to reach you, and you did not show up for the road test. This situation not only affected your progress but also resulted in a lost appointment that another customer could have utilized. At E-Z Wheels Driving School, we emphasize the importance of communication from the moment a student walks into our office. We provide one-on-one training with a dedicated instructor for each student, ensuring personalized attention and optimal learning. When students do not show up for scheduled appointments without prior notice, it impacts our instructors, the school, and other students who could have benefited from that time slot. We are committed to making the journey to becoming a truck driver as smooth as possible, but this requires cooperation and communication from all parties involved. We genuinely know our business and strive to offer the best service to our students. We apologize for any misunderstanding and are always here to support you through this journey.
