Experiencia fantástica: when I say this is the best driving school ever I mean it. I’ve took my road test at a different place before and they were completely strict and harsh. This place is the best! You can always pay to practice before your road test and then go and do it. I didn’t know how to parallel park and was scared to go on highways/freeways. I practiced with her one time and I got the hang of everything. She’s very calm and makes sure you feel relaxed. I practiced with her a hour before my road test and once my road test came I passed! As I said I was always worried and scared as soon as I came here all my worries went away. They are very very very nice people! If you want to learn how to drive or do a road test I don’t recommend any other place other than here. You will definitely pass and especially if you train with her before your road test you are definitely passing. Thank you guys so much! This was a huge accomplishment for me. Great people!

Experiencia negativa: My mom and I just got back, but there was this awful lady with some sort of lanyard- who didn’t even let us know she worked there when she first began screaming at us This lady in a parked car came out SCREAMING at me and my mom “STOP STOP!! DONT EVEN!” I was very confused and stopped, rolling my window down uncomfortably. She yells “Are you here for a test??!” I shook my head and (obviously??) my mom got defensive and said “No, why are you yelling at us??” - because who is this random lady to just start screaming at us?? Anyways, she starts saying (yelling) that we shouldn’t be there and she had been trying to motion for us to park. I’m sorry I don't know what you vigorously pointing through your TINTED windows means? I had gotten over because I thought she was leaving, not for some strange reason. I just don’t get it, if someone is late to a driving test- it’s not my fault, nor would I know that or be responsible. She had the nerve to tell us to “loose the attitudes” as if she didn’t come out of her car screaming at us… I’m shocked at the lack of maturity displayed by a grown woman‍♀️ Even funnier! I just checked and others have had problems with her. Her name is “Maria.”

Experiencia negativa: FYI for anyone considering this place; the instructor would rather you speed 10 mph OVER the speed limit rather than yield to a semi while merging ultimately giving a fail on an otherwise perfect road test. Make that make sense.

Experiencia negativa: First impression matters. On August 8, 2024, my grandson was scheduled for a road test. We arrived 10 minutes early however when we got there I introduced myself to a young lady who did not give me her name. I later found out it was Maria. Maria ask me for insurance registration and drivers permit. I had a copy of the permit on my phone and so did my grandson. Marias entire attitude changed. She told us why she needed a copy and I explained to her that the original was at home and that I could go to FedEx and get a copy and she said you only have 10 minutes to get back and you won't make it back in time so I needed to reschedule. I rescheduled for August 20th again with Maria. When she saw me she said in a sarcastic tone weren't you here before as though she didn't think I was coming back. I wish I had not. She failed my grandson and did not tell me why. Up until the test she spoke directly to me but when she failed him she had nothing To say to me. I wish I had followed my first mind and not come back. Seventy dollars wasted but it won't happen again. My Reply to the Storia response Just as he’s new to driving (18) he's new to becoming an adult. Your response is just what I expected unprofessional, No Empathy or Compassion but I’m not surprised. How do you know what was said were you looking and listening through a camera? Come onnnnnnn, Marie could’ve come over and spoke to me she’s the instructor.

I had a great time with him as my examiner, he made me feel comfortable and that helped my nervousness. I recommend stroia school of driving for road test. They are the best!! Please tell Craig I appreciate him.

Experiencia negativa: I find it very odd that these instructors tell you to do things on the road that are illegal to trick you and see if you’ll do as they say. And it can cause you to fail. Teachers and instructors are supposed to guide us in learning, not set us up for failure. We’re taught growing up to listen to our teachers and instructors but this place doesn’t carry those values. Sounds money hungry to me. Shame shame.

Experiencia fantástica: Maria was my driving instructor, she was very relaxed, super nice and understanding. I had a wonderful experience driving with her. She read me all the rules and regulations before I started the test and made sure if I did have any questions they were all answered. I loved taking my road test here and would definitely recommend others to take theirs here as well.

Experiencia fantástica: My eldest daughter took the road test with Stroia as an adult. She had taken driver's Ed as a minor, but was finally ready to take the test after she turned 18. We had such an amazing experience with our examiner. He gave clear careful directions about each part of the test. When they returned to the test site, he let her know what she did well and what she could keep working on as she continued driving. Our family will definitely choose Stroia School of Driving again for testing with our other children!

Experiencia fantástica: i took my drivers test today, i will say; i was nervous, not scared, just nervous to drive with someone who would obviously be judging and grading me, who wasn’t a family member i would practice with. im 19. ive had a permit before but due to a car crash (i was not driving) when i was 16/17 involving people close to me, it REALLY messed up my view of driving. i was not even comfortable being in a passenger seat since maybe a year ago. and still, things freak me out on the road. so this was a huge nerve racking thing for me. after seeing all the reviews about Fran, one of the instructors, then meeting her, and her being my instructor, i was SO comfortable. she was incredibly nice. she was obviously professional as well. we made small talk and it REALLY made my nerves disappear. she’s amazing at her job. i even showed her the rest of the tattoos ive been doing on myself cause while driving she mentioned one! not once was she rude to me, told me unclear instructions, or anything negative. and, I PASSED!

Experiencia negativa: My little sister went yesterday and she has social anxiety and the order woman that was the instructor yelled at her to turn on a yellow light. She panicked and turned and the instructor said it’s automatic failure. I’ve been helping her drive and she’s been doing great. It cost $75 and my sister was shaking and crying. I don’t think anyone should leave a driving test feel that way

I was raised in a firm environment so I went with it an I couldn't be happier. Fran was the best possible instructor for me . Anyone that put a bad review on her just needs to study more . Experiencia negativa: The old lady was so rude, very bad no professional skills, but we let know the people from the office from this issue and also the old lady say she was tired and her hand hurt so why she goes to work if she don’t have the energy to work, she didn’t want to do the test to my sister because her own daughter was going to help her to translate and the lady say she can’t translate her but the people in the office say she did bad to say that and not doing her job and let my sister pass the test .

Experiencia fantástica: We had a good experience with Fran today. She was calm and quiet and very clearly instructed my daughter on what to do with ample time during the test.

Experiencia negativa: Find somewhere else if your an adult to take a road test. The older lady failed my grandson for going 2 miles over the limit even though he was keeping up with traffic. He was told he did fantastic in everything aspect but would need to retake the test again at full price. They are just interested in taking your money, it has nothing to do whether or not your a good driver.

They gave me Fran and from what I had read on reviews I was a little worried but I ended up messing up the parking portion enough to fail the test which is completely my fault, and her attitude about the whole thing kept my mood up and she even demonstrated to me what I did wrong, her advice was extremely helpful and she has definitely boosted my confidence for my next try

Experiencia fantástica: I payed for a practice driver's test last year to see where my skills were. My driver instructor Tim told me what I needed to work on. I scheduled a test after practicing as much as I could for a year. I came back confident & ready to pass. I got my keys to the road & I am most thankful. It has been a process, but I am truly blessed to have been taught correctly to drive. The practice test showed me what to work on. I tryed and never gave up until there was a slot open to schedule my test that I could squeeze in while working full-time. I rescheduled a few times ( which was easy-peasy) and the capability of using a rental vehicle made things so much more convenient. It's absolutely amazing what stroia offers for any new drivers experience. I have difficulty with anxiety and my drivers test instructor Tim was very careful to give me directions on the drivers test route and keep me very calm with reassurance. There was no anxiety or stress. I felt relaxed and able to be tested. I'm so happy I came back and fixed my mistakes. We all make mistakes.

Experiencia negativa: While I believe the instruction my child received was, on the whole, sound, our experience with Stroia was very frustrating: there were never enough spaces to accommodate all the local kids, not by a long shot, and strange things kept happening, like the system would take our money but fail to give us a spot on the calendar. While I understand that running a business remotely can be challenging, I really wish they would implement some kind of system that would take into account how long you have been waiting for a spot instead of relying on you to be constantly watching their website to see when new times are going to be added. Who has the time to do that? It seems very unfair and inefficient. My kid did just pass her final test but is over a year and a half behind where she should be because I didn't have the time to sit on the Internet waiting for them to post open sections which fill up in minutes. And I'm not exaggerating. I guess when you are the only game in town you can do what you want. Not a good business model in my opinion.

Experiencia negativa: I wish I could give this place 0 stars because the instructor was horrible her name is Fran an older lady probably in her late 60’s or 70’s. And whats sad is I've read a few other people complaints about the same person in the reviews. My daughter did great on her parking the instructor even said so, but she also said because she move the car to fix it twice while parallel parking she failed her. Please make that make sense who doesn't have to move up or backwards at least once to get in the parking space perfect. We set there and watch students before her not do as good as she did with parking and their instructor passed them and they went onto the road. Like I said the old lady is an horrible instructor from the moment we saw her before getting started she looked annoyed already, and I had a bad feeling about her from the start and I was right. I feel robbed of $120 because we also rented their car. We was there all of 5 mins. I had to drive back home with my daughter crying and asking what she did wrong. When she did nothing wrong, this space is a rip off. We're definitely going somewhere else next time we're the students are treated better.

On the other hand, the older women… I was very disappointed. She was so rude and very unprofessional. I personally never tend to write reviews, but her behavior was unacceptable. My mother went to talk to her thinking she was my instructor and my mother was treated very rudely. I don't think the older lady has the correct training Stroia School of Driving is seeking and represents for.

Experiencia fantástica: Did my skills and road testing this morning at 9am. If I could give Stroia 10 stars, I would! For context, I had more than enough experience driving but have social anxiety and test anxiety. Fran was fantastic and very professional. Her instructions before each segment were very concise and clear; there was no uncertainty on my end about what was expected at any point, and she made it clear I could ask questions whenever I needed to. I put getting my license off for years because of said anxiety, and Fran made the whole process as painless as possible. I agree with a previous reviewer: if you fail, there's a reason and it was earned. Fran was very clear at the end of my test what I did well and what I could work on - so even if you fail, you’ll know why and can work on those weak points before trying again. I cannot recommend Stroia - and Fran in particular, though I don’t think you can request a specific tester - enough.

Experiencia negativa: Was doing 5 under the whole test but told I was speeding the whole time, she told me I turned the wrong way multiple times when I clearly did not, when I was merging onto the freeway checking my blind spot she grabbed the wheel and yanked it TWICE. She was extremely rude to me the whole test and when my mom asked if I passed after she rolled her eyes at her and said she’s trying to tell me and slammed the door in her face FIRE FRAN SHES CLEARLY TOO OLD TO DRIVE HERSELF.
