Experiencia fantástica: Renewed my license and REAL ID in like 20 mins!

Experiencia negativa: Called several weeks ago in regards to an insurance product. Was told numerous times a stand alone umbrella was possible. Now being told it was incorrect and not offered. Very incompetent

Experiencia negativa: I had to ask another employee for his name because he didn’t have his name tag on that it is unprofessional. I don’t know if he was trying to hide his name. I don’t know what’s going on with him. His name is. Tim a.k.a. Timmy to I come in first then a lady I sit down wait for like 5 to 7 minutes. A lady comes Check in and sit down 3 to 4 minutes her name gets called before me and then the dude is like trying to flirt with With her accent and how she’s doing and stuff, Having sweet talk with her and then everything’s done so now I’m waiting for him to call me. Another employee had to check into the computer and she actually dealt with me so I don’t know if it was a racial profiling. I don’t know what’s going on with that dude but I’m very upset.

Experiencia negativa: I have auto insurance. Which is very expensive!! First time I talked to an agent. Gave her all my bank information. They changed me three times.insurance, membership fee and a filing fee. Just to nickel and dime me. I let it go. Second month they canceled my insurance. For nonpayment!! I called the main office and told them I gave them all my information already. But they couldn’t find it. They don’t even say sorry or anything. I had to miss work because didn’t want to drive with no insurance. So I gave them all my information again. For them to set it up for autopay. She said it’s all set. Now they sent me another letter yesterday. Saying I have 3 days to pay or my insurance will be canceled!! I wish I could find the reference number for the last time I called. This is crazy. Someone doesn’t know their job!! I do not recommend this company!!

I want to give a special shout-out to my instructor, Steven Wiant, who played a pivotal role in making my driving lessons enjoyable and effective. At 34 years old, with limited driving experience and a deep-seated fear of being behind the wheel, I embarked on my first lesson with a considerable amount of anxiety. However, Steven's understanding and patient demeanor immediately put me at ease. His energy and enthusiasm were contagious, creating a positive and comfortable learning environment. One aspect that truly stood out was Steven's willingness to go above and beyond. Recognizing my apprehensions, he generously provided an extra half-hour class, ensuring that I gained the confidence and skills needed for success. This additional time was invaluable, especially considering that the standard 6 hours of AAA classes may not be sufficient for everyone. While I do wish AAA's services were more affordable and included additional hours, I am genuinely happy with the overall experience. Steven's dedication to his students' success is evident, and I appreciate the personalized attention he provided throughout my lessons. Thanks to his guidance, I feel more confident and capable on the road.

Experiencia negativa: AAA has fallen from grace in the worst ways imagineable. Gold + membership and after waiting 4+ hours I STILL didn't get an ETA for arrival? I'm already preparing alternatives so I can never rely on this awful service ever again. Completely unreliable.

Experiencia negativa: This whole DMV/AAA keeps changing. I lost my license & now reservations are needed. They need DMV little offices all over the state. I went there today & I looked around to basically nothing but a few people working. It's very different than when I was growing up. There were zero pamphlets anywhere. Is AAA encouraging people to stop traveling? There's nothing for driving up North to NH, Vermont, NYC, Maine, or Rhode Island. No Disney, No Cruises So it's discouraging. I usually grab some pamphlets for heading North. The place was like a morgue

Experiencia negativa: It's certainly a convenience to have DMV services at AAA however now I cannot get a customer service representative on the phone, the menu options are crazy and I waited on the line 1 hour this morning. I hung up. It's very upsetting. I made an appt however I'm heading their now. It's become a nightmare!

Experiencia negativa: l've been a AAA member since 2015, I got it mainly to have peace of mind for any road side assistance needed, that's been good, on the other hand, last month I tried making an appointment with one of the travel agents to book a family vacation package to Disney World in Orlando FL. She never returned my calls to schedule an in person meeting. Very disappointed in this particular service that AAA supposedly offers.

Experiencia fantástica: I hate going to the dmv but aaa in cranston took care of my license renewal with no issues. Just make sure you bring the required paperwork, make a reservation if needed and the rest was simple. I'd take this any day over the actual dmv.

Started yelling at me behind the desk when I wasnt even speaking to her! They don't care about the customer and when there was an appointment that was a no show no one else could take the appointment time .... so basically they sat there for 20 minutes.

Experiencia negativa: This review is based solely on their car insurance. It's literally the worst car insurance we have ever had. First, they made so many mistakes in our policy. They send out random computer generated letters and you have to call to find out what the heck is going on now. The straw that broke the camel's back was finding out that our 6 month renewal was going up over $150 per month. I was told. . all of RI has had a rate increase. Not true!! We got another insurance company today and the coverage is the same and it's way less money. Thank you Jesus for your help.

Trip planning is available to enjoy a nice family vacation and they even sell carry-on luggage at a discounted price for travel. You can get discounted movie tickets too! The employees are very knowledgeable and take there time in assisting you. There is a waiting area with chairs and accesible parking space. It's a great place to get all you need in one spot. Must be a AAA member.
