Experiencia fantástica: Took my road test with Stephen today. He is incredibly friendly, informative, and professional. His calm demeanor and method for administering the test helped me completely forget being nervous. On top of this, the staff helped me submit the required paperwork to receive my license without having to visit DPS. The website has two YouTube videos which detail the skills tested and road test route so you can prepare prior to attempting. I highly recommend 1-2-3 Driving School.

I hated going to the DMV, I failed my exam 2 times with them, they were so rude as well I had to drive very far out of Dallas for the closest appointment and it would be frustrated and I would still FAIL. Customer service was 10 out of 10, I recommend anyone of any age to come get your license with Stephen. Shout out to the 2 front desk ladies Mayra and Elizabeth muchas gracias!! Starting, When you go to the site, Everything is simple and clear. Then you can call and they will explain your steps in detail. The instructors are caring and attentive, they will explain everything and show you the exam. I took the exam here. Now my son has gone to study at the same school. He has already passed the Theory test and received a temporary license. Now he can't wait to start driving with an instructor. I definitely recommend this school. And please, don't spare money to take the exam here. It's quite cheap. But you'll do it calmly and in good company. I have only the most pleasant impressions. I wish your school prosperity.

Experiencia fantástica: i went sept 7 but failed my test. however my instructor (stephen) was very kind and patient. i even started crying because of disappointment which was embarrassing but he reassured me that well get to where i want. the rescheduling is free and they offer driving lessons during the weekends though but i work all day. hopefully i will find a good time for those lessons and eventually rescheduling my road test! even the receptionist ladies were nice.

I watched the videos to prepare for it since i was so nervous but he made it so comfortable and easy. It was like driving around with a friend. I was super cool and gave clean directions of what he was looking for and throughout the test. I came across this school on pure accident but I am nonetheless great I did. Stephen is the best definitely book here!

For starters, I was struggling to make an appointment at the DMV to have my Driver's License Test done but after finding out I can take my driving test at a Driving School I stumbled upon this one! Making an appointment through their website was extremely easy and helpful. I was able to take my driving test that exact same day! When It was time for me to call their front desk to confirm my appointment the employee on the line was extremely friendly and professional; even from just hearing their energy and kindness through the phone I already felt more comfortable reaching out to them. Upon entering the location, I was greeted by the Front Desk and was helped every step of the way. Meeting Stephen was like having a breath of fresh air! His personality, professionalism and encouragement definitely helped my nervousness! He was extremely clear and it's as if he knew exactly what you needed to hear and when you needed to hear it. Due to bad past experiences with other driving schools, I was a bit nervous, but Stephen really knows what he's doing and trusting him and this Driving School has been one of the best decisions I've made. I wished I would've found this driving school many years ago! To make this entire experience even better, Stephen also turned out to be an excellent Spanish speaker! Experiencia fantástica: I had a hard time getting into the DPS for a road test, so at the direction of a wonderful woman named Barbara at the McKinney DPS, I booked an appointment for a road test with Stephen. He was incredibly personable and set the expectations clearly, without making me feel more anxious or nervous. He described his role as an encouraging big brother, and I would agree with that sentiment. I think the price is fair, and the scoring was incredibly fair. I passed, but there were a few things I wasn’t scored perfectly on. Stephen went on to explain the points I missed, and he did it in a way that made me reflect and go on to be an even more cautious driver with my license. I recommend booking with him 1000000% if you have any anxiety around testing. I’ve put off my license because I have never tested well, I get too nervous. I would think that even if you didn’t pass your first round, Stephen would rally around for you and give you the tools to make you a better driver and help you pass the next time. He seems like such a great human!

Experiencia fantástica: Initially had my 1st test with Stephen, although I didn't pass. I was truly grateful for his calm and reassuring demeanor prior and during the exam. Took the 2nd test try with Larry as it fit my schedule the best. I passed! Larry was also great, although he was definitely more direct with the rules and standards. He also complimented my driving during the test, which truly gave me confidence to finish strong and ultimately pass in the end!

Experiencia fantástica: Soooo much better than parent taught! We loved Stephen for in-car driving lessons and for the road test! He's so nice and encouraging while giving great instruction. For the road test there's even a video showing the exact route. The online classroom portion is so-so, but just as good as other options and gets the job done.

Experiencia negativa: I had a terrible experience with this driving school. The instructors failed me repeatedly, even though I was following their instructions and driving safely. I have taken a drive test twice in here and failed both the times.They give all stupid reasons for failing. They insist to pay for the third one immediately i feel like they are just trying to make money.

Experiencia fantástica: 1-2-3 Driving School has an online course for your adult drivers education that is not only proficient in knowledge, but also CHEAP, and quick and easy to take as long as you pay attention. You can print out your ADE certificate and hold a permit from the Department of Public Safety (like I did) for three business days before taking your road test here, too, as it’s a DPS approved Third-Party-Testing location. The driving school allowed me to practice for the road test at the location, so I was considerate of the other examinees and the regulations while practicing my parallel parking. I passed my road test on my first try since I did stress a lot on my practice, although I was a bit nervous, but kudos to Stephen as my examiner! Taking into account scheduling conflicts from DPS appointments, illness, and funerals, I was able to complete all steps towards succeeding on my road test and getting a drivers license in exactly 7 days. Although my review is a bit later than I intended to post it, I wanted to share my personal experience with this great driving school as quickly as I could because it’s a very convenient, supportive, and educated institute as long as you also extend polite manners and an understanding perspective. As a last note, I never had any trouble in communications with their Call Support, nor the front desk in the actual building; those I met were very lovely people, and I had the pleasure of conversing with them on my wait time! (I do have some proof shots but after a lot of thinking I decided not to post them. I was going to try for a professional attitude and add them, but it’s 3AM and my shyness and still lingering fever overtook that decision. So if there are any spelling or grammar mistakes, really sorry, and thank you for reading my review!)

I cannot find a single negative thing to say about my experience with 1-2-3 Driving school. It was a simple process to schedule my appointment, provide payment (even got a $10 discount for paying in advance), and their website is easy to navigate and full of resources. 10/10 would recommend them!

Stephen answered all of my questions and had great customer service. As for the 2 people at the front desk - Diego and the young lady had great customer service and was sweet.

Experiencia fantástica: Took my parents in for their DL road test. Def recommend - Stephen was very easy to talk to and made sure my parents were not stressed during the test. All instructions were given slowly and clearly. This was huge for someone like my parents who doesnt speak/understand English well. Thank you Stephen! The youtube videos on the website are extremely helpful, as you can see the exact route of the road test. We watched the videos and practiced on the same route a few times before the test, just to get comfortable with driving in the surrounding areas.

My mom passed her road test today at 1-2-3, Stephen is very patient and nice, my mom doesn’t speak much English and he tried to communicate with her slowly and made sure my mom understood the instruction. Reception staff is also very nice at 1-2-3 driving school, they helped my mom with the enrollment of the exam. The whole process is stress free, professional and positive! On their website, the driving test instructions are well laid out and easy to follow. My mom watched the two videos guidance which helped her a lot during the test. Experiencia negativa: this place failed my niece 3 times including the third attempt where she turned from a left lane onto the left and Larry the examiner told her to stay on the far right which is WRONG! after taking not 1 but TWO packages for driving lessons, + hours of practice. they’ll fail you and dock points for the smallest errors AFTER the instructors have graded you well on your lessons & insisted readiness. 1st attempt with stephen- only failed the driving test for hitting the pole during parallel parking. passed on everything else. 2nd attempt with stephen- failed for turning too slow & lots of other “errors”. 3rd attempt with larry- ASKED my niece if she had any questions in which she asked about turn signals, he told her she should already know about that, and she explained to him that she because dan told her they weren’t required, and larry scolded at her to stop arguing with him & blaming everyone else for her own mistakes. THEN proceeded to storm into the building embarrassing her in front of all the staff & guests instead of privately discussing with her father that she’s “A danger to everyone” and “doesn’t know what she’s doing”. This is the treatment she gets after spending so much time & money with this place?? Very unprofessional and impatient environment. Save your $$ they’re just looking to make money off of you. I recommend Ideal Driving School if you’re in the area as we transferred to there and she passed on the first try for a much cheaper and respectful price

Experiencia negativa: Larry does an excellent job on triggering people anxiety by purposely calling out a young persons mistakes out loud purposely embarrassing them in front of everyone so they can hear instead of talking privately! Also GREAT job on being very unprofessional. Aggressively mistakens simple questions and misunderstandings as attitude and disrespect instead he is the one giving attitude and disrespect ; exactly how to make someone feel terrible about themselves. If you are willing to teach, you should know how to talk to young people and be aware that some people can have very bad anxiety. You should always watch what you say and know how to properly critique without embarrassing the person that made mistakes, ESPECIALLY just straight up out loud saying every mistake the driver made and saying very very unnecessary things. This is because this can make the person overthink and prone to have an anxiety attack. This is because minutes later I had an anxiety attack because of this. You need to know how to treat people in a respectful way no matter if you are working especially with younger people. Do not go to larry if you are prone to anxiety attacks. He does a great job on triggering that. Doesn’t know how to treat people properly AT ALL

Not only are they welcoming, friendly and make you feel safe; they explain everything to you so you’re not guessing what the test will be like. On their website they list what will be expected of you, they have tutorials AND a how-to of the actual test route. I was so lucky I was referred to their school - the staffs were great! Special mention to my examiner STEPHEN! He was so nice and SUPER CHILL! Btw. They also offer the 6hr lecture course that is a pre requisite to get a learner’s permit/driver’s license.

These people really care about you and your safety while having the patience to teach you or your teenagers or young adults to drive or parallel park. My son got his license on last week and I appreciate his instructor. The gentleman was very engaging and spent an hour or so with my son in teaching him the right techniques for the road. If you know anyone who needs their license or help with learning how to drive or parallel park this is my top recommendation for sure . Thank you 123 Drive school .

I found the video on the website explained the exam very clearly so I decided to come and have a look. On the test day, the staff gave the instructions very clearly and made me feel confident and comfortable, really helped a lot!
