Experiencia negativa: Horrible experience I don’t recommend them. I paid for two of my kids to do the driving class only and one for the home study and driving class. Scheduling was difficult with the instructor running late, canceling last minute and calling the day of to push back driving hours to whatever was convenient for him. When I provided him with feedback he became rude and began stating my daughter was the issue. For my other student, one of the owners (woman) was pretty rude. They have posted office hours but apparently you are required to make an appointment during those hours. I explained to her what hours were on her door and she said I could come back later when she was there. Although she did drive to the office she was so rude and told me how I made her late to her appointment so she would not service my other child and gave me a partial reimbursement. Their customer service is horrible, I will never do business with them again. They are rude, unprofessional, and charge extra fees for everything so be sure to read the fine print!

Experiencia negativa: The driver instructor was VERY unprofessional. He will not pass you just so you have to come back and take the test again to get another 60$ from you. He expected me to head check for EVERYTHING. Half the time I was testing I couldn’t even look at the road because he wanted me to head check so many times. I would definitely NOT recommend going to this school. ( mind you he made me take my test at rush hour!)

Experiencia negativa: My 19 yo did not get the Randy anything like what was described by the most recent review. He has an accent that makes it quite difficult to understand his speech. He wore a mask for the driver's test only, which made it even more difficult for my kid to understand him. Every other school requires when taking the drive test that you provide your own automobile that is insured. My child has practiced on mine and her father's car, and all she was allowed to use was a Honda that had some complications with the stearing and the turn signal relay. This was my kid's second attempt at a driver's test. Her first test was 4 days ago, and she only forgot to use her turn signal a few times and head check once. It just seemed he claimed she never did any head checks, and that's predominantly the one thing she has down. I feel some of the claims weren't exactly honest, and I feel this is one place I will never recommend anyone going to and we will just stick with the Utah DMV eegardless, if the earliest driving test is the end of March. That was the only reason why we gave this place a chance. Considering cash, venmo, or Zelle, are only acceptable....it comes off suspicious.

Experiencia negativa: I scheduled a test, when I showed up the door was locked. At the door, there's a message "if I'm not here, call the number or go to the other office". I called the number, nobody picked up. I went to the other office and the door was also locked. I just thought everything was very sketchy and weird. I'm gonna try another school next time.

Experiencia negativa: In my opinion, a rubbish place. The instructor arrived 35 minutes late even though I called that I was here at the scheduled time and the office was closed. A rude and impatient instructor, it seems that he was more concerned about paying $55 because when he arrived he said that I can only pay in cash, no card. During the test, just 5 minutes, the guy receives the call and he tells me to return to the office. Once there, he takes the form in the car and fills it out and I see another guy who probably called and who should take the test also approach in the car. I don't know if there's just that man as an instructor, he didn't even give me his name. A waste of a place and a waste of my time... I don't know if the traffic department monitors these driving schools.

Experiencia negativa: I had a very disappointing experience with Plus Driving School in Taylorsville. It’s a cash only business, even if you try to pay Venmo you will be charged extra . The quality of instruction was subpar; the three 2-hour driving lessons are more like 1 hour sessions as the instructor frequently started late, ended early, and took long breaks in between. Additionally, it was concerning that the instructor had students run errands for him, including trips to grocery stores and even driving him to his home. The focus on neighborhood roads instead of preparing students for freeway driving was a major letdown. I would strongly advise against choosing this driving school; it’s a waste of money and doesn’t provide the quality instruction you’d expect

Experiencia fantástica: The Utah DMV issued a license to me, and then sent me a letter in the mail telling me I needed to pass a driving test. They were not able to accommodate a driving test for three months. I reached out to A Plus driving school who was able to get me in for a test same day. The entire process took lesson 30 minutes, excellent instructor very efficient. I am one very happy customer. Thank you very much A Plus driving.

Experiencia negativa: Worst experience They only want your money. They totally forgot they are providing a service. The driver inspector never stop talking and yelling all the time. It was very stressful and dangerous. I had an appointment at 12:00, he arrived late, he had another evaluation, after my evaluation he has another clients waiting for him, so he was in a hurry all the time. Don’t go!

Experiencia negativa: I wish I can give zero star. This man is a thief, he is all about making money. He will take $280 in cash and will only give 3 driving lessons and 2 observation lesson. I called him in 9am morning one day asking if we can reschedule my driving lesson I was very sick that morning and my driving lesson was at 3pm. He said “it’s your problem if you are sick not mine and he won’t re schedule as I didn’t notify him 24 hours before. I keep telling him I fell sick this morning how do you want me to call you in 24 hours advance. This man has zero empathy.. so so rude. We have all the call recordings of him. Don’t go here don’t waste your money. Many time I have seen him falling sleep in car while teaching driving.. plus in 2 hours driving session he will let you drive barely for one hour. He will take 15 minutes break start 15 minutes late. Totally waste of time and money.

Experiencia negativa: I'd be willing to bet the full price of this course that it is in some way, shape or form illegal and/or a scam. One location tells you to register at another location, and that(this) other location only takes cash which felt like a red flag. They were rude and confusing. I could try to blame a language barrier, but in reality, the dude was just an unpleasant individual. The whole experience made me feel like I was at the receiving end of a belligerent sales pitch for below par service from an angry, entitled grifter. Also, for the love of god, get a working phone number. That way you can advertise being eco friendly since people will realize how garbage it is without having to drive all the way there. Seriously, in this economy? Gas is expensive these days, man.

Experiencia negativa: All the 5 star reviews are fake! I came in to inquire about getting my license. It costs $280 and they don't take credit cards (shady) so I had to get cash and come back. The lady at the counter barely speaks English so she could barely explain what I had to do. While I was talking to the lady the instructor came in and started berating other students. They suggested I take the MANDATORY 18 hour study class but said I could do it in half the time. This seems highly questionable and very illegal. Do not waste your time with this company! STAY AWAY!

Experiencia negativa: Be aware because this guy is mean. Made my sister cry during the test and when I went in to tell him he threatened me to take the red paper away and when I told him no he rushed out and took pictures of my car’s license plate and wouldn’t let us out of the parking lot.

Experiencia negativa: So I paid in full in April and has some miscommunication on my permit so I went and figured it out and let them know what was going on they are not good at answering the phone I called yesterday saying that I was starting Monday and he told me I needed to pay 75 more even tho I already paid 200 for the class they never told me I had to pay more if I waited my mom called and he raised the price up to a 100 after he told me 75 he screamed at yelled at my mother and hung up on her and me! They rip you off I found another driving school that is 40$ for the whole course I don’t recommend coming here

When it came time to do my exam it started pouring rain and the he made me feel very confident that I could do it even in those conditions. He was very good at informing me on everything that would be observed during the exam and that allowed me to stay calm and focus on the task at hand. When we finished he let me know the places and techniques that I should improve on but overall I passed. I GIVE THIS SCHOOL AN "A+", and would recommend them to anyone looking for drivers education services. I almost wish I could have done my entire course through them. THE INSTRUCTOR MADE EVERYTHING SEEM SO SIMPLE.

Experiencia negativa: When I paid, I was 18 years old. I had to have a course of that, because I had never had a license from my country. I went there and paid. I had to prepare for the license permit, they just gave me a manual. They don't explain anything, they insist that people read it and that's it. It was better if I had studied on my own. I didn't have the paperwork for the requirements at the DMV, so it took me a while, when I got my permit, I had to pay 75 dollars again because I had been three months out of the course. The instructor says you have to have practice at home, they don't care if you do it or not, but that's not the deal, if you pay it's because you don't know. It's not a school, they only care about money. I only took the first two hours of observation and it was just sitting in the back seat watching someone drive. I really thought they were watching me and what I was doing wrong. The instructor just sat in the front and answered calls, sometimes he would tell how to drive the person. I lost my money at this place.
