Experiencia positiva: I called today just to make sure I was heading to the right place. The lady that answered the phone was so nasty and rude. Zero customer service skills. I had to call back to say we were 10 min late to the lesson I had booked 2 weeks ago and she said with an attitude :: well your lesson will be 10 min short” to which I responded “ yes, understood, I just wanted to give you a heads up. On the other hand we had An amazing experience with the instructor that assisted my son with his lesson. Jorge was super friendly and I would’ve given the school of five star review if it wasn’t for the lady that I spoke to on the phone both times.

Experiencia negativa: Wouldn’t bother with Edison driving school. Not worth the money. After a snow day they don’t clean their cars up. When that snow becomes ice it could easily hurt someone. Maybe they don’t care about other people safety. Last time I checked it was common curtesy but also the law. Edison driving school might be different.

This kid didn’t know her left from her right before Pete but after risking his life in the car with her they figured it out. Today before her driving test, Jason gave her several great tips on how to pass the test and eased her nerves which helped her pass.
