Information given in bite-size amounts (3 to 10 minutes) followed by a 5 question quiz. 99% of the 4 hour course was audio (learning by listening). Could use the addition of displaying more written material and charts for the benefit of us visual learners, such as more to display the summaries of different fines, suspensions, misdemeanors, and felonies. Because of the lack of written/visual aids for the presentation of that material, answering questions about that type of material gave me the greatest amount of difficulty.

Experiencia negativa: BDI course was fine and easy to go through. I completed early on Friday morning (9ET), I checked for certificate on the same Fri evening but they would not send me the certificate. I requested to please send by Sat and they said that certificate can be sent next business day only which would take it to Monday. Grudgingly I had to pay the $15 to receive on Fri night. This is the bit I did not like at all and is not transparent at the time of signing up for the course. :-(

I am so surprised that the course hasn't been gone through with a fine tooth comb to correct all of the mistakes. How can you even publish this course? I kept thinking I would edit it all if I had the opportunity. It isn't acceptable to put a name like NiSE on this illiterate product. Spend some of the money you are profiting and get a professional involved to clean it up.

For the most part I was able to figure out what the text was attempting to convey but there were some parts I could not understand or figure out what the text was meaning. However, once Ellie got me logged in -- I worked on the program. 6 hours later I was finished and called for support -- to make certain I had done all that I was required to do.Again, I spoke with Ellie and she realized that I had spent the entire day working on this course. But I did complete it -- and she was so supportive of my efforts. Thanks Ellie!

It's the most dry content imaginable. And it doesn't have to be painfully dull, but you made it that way. The quiz content is also AI written and VERY misleading/ambiguous. Then your "presenter" was just an AI talking head. The entire time, the thing says every sentence with exact same intonation. The monotony was agonizing! I learned nothing, and spent four hours resenting your company for making me do this exercise this way. I will actively and vocally recommend against your company and your product. To offer a glimpse of positive, thank you to Edna Pulanco for quickly approving my form submission on a Sunday. But given how you guys work, "Edna" is probably just more AI.

The website's general design and that of the information pages was nice and well-presented. I did not encounter any errors while using it. The information is presented clearly and thoroughly along with data tables to help visualize the numbers and statistics. There is a home button at the bottom of each subject page so that you can return to the Home page at any time. Since the course is self-instructed and self-paced, it means that I was not rushed and never felt anxious about proceeding through or returning to any content. I really appreciate how well-thought-out the course was and how it was not (too) boring. I actually learned some new things that I was previously unaware of, so that added to the overall value of the course and my experience with it. I was pleased with my choice over the other companies who also have their version of the driver information and improvement class, because NiSE is a great company and the course and overall experience was enjoyable. I highly recommend it for anyone who needs to take this course!

Experiencia negativa: Wish I could give no stars. Passed the exam but they wouldn’t send the certificate for over 24 hours. I needed it same day. When I signed up they didn’t disclose that it would take an entire 24hr period to give me the certificate. I have assisted with several of theses courses as I have 4 kids now driving. This was the longest, hardest and most expensive of them all. Take a different course. They process and send your results the same day, costs less and with less questions. This is not the one. Also the customer service people sound like they are from another country and don’t help a bit. Do yourself a favor and avoid this website!

But for the money you have to pay you would think they could afford a proof reader there were so many typos or just missing words it was ridiculous. And many of the quizzes came before the actual info. No bad besides that.

Experiencia positiva: Overall the safety course was great, but needs to be more current with today's updated laws, and due to the fact that Arizona has a lot of agriculture heave area's ARS 28-858 should be mentioned and horses with a rider on there back or being lead by one should be classified as pedestrians and be expected to have and follow the same rules and ordinances.

Experiencia negativa: The enrollment process was easy, as was the ability to return to the location where you left off. The course was basically a talking head, however. There were a few instances of visuals, but the instructional design is terrible. It targets auditory learners only. It's not possible to rewind the "talking head" to re-hear a made point, either. Users would have to start the "talking head" module all over again.
