That was a life-saver, even though it was only 48 hours before the due date. Yes, there are a few typos they might want to edit. Yes, the info can be pretty redundant. But I guess they're supposed to drill it into our heads for safety. The great thing is that they made the whole process very easy, and also had a helpful chat feature for any questions. After I passed the final, they automatically, immediately sent my certificate or confirmation to the courthouse for processing. I didn't have to do another thing.

After checking it out and confirming that it was accepted by the DMV, I decided to give it a shot. I have to say, I have taken traffic school before in person and it was the most boring class I have ever taken even though it was supposed to be a comical class. With Urban Traffic School, I was able to go at my own pace (honestly way faster than in person) and not annoying or boring. And come on, who doesn't want to read through traffic school in their sweats with a nice mug of coffee, on their own comfy couch? I will absolutely recommend it to anyone who needs it and I will definitely come back if I ever need it again... hopefully not, but you never know.

The registration was quick and the course material was laid out very well. It was easy to navigate and cover all the study materials. Ideally, we could complete the course in 3-4 hours of dedicated time. The quizzes at the end help us with the final test. One issue - rather confusion - is that in the end, we are asked if we want to upgrade, but I had already paid for an upgrade at the point of registration, so I am clueless if I get refunded for the balance or not, since I chose to not upgrade. I am hoping I will get a resolution to this during the chat. I might revise my rating based on that outcome. So far, I am very satisfied, but the reporting to DMV is still pending since I just finished my test. So my true and complete opinion is still say about 30% pending. I am hoping I will be super happy I went with Urban Traffic School. Fingers crossed.
