Fantastic experience: I had an excellent experience with the behind-the-wheel classes with Rafi! He was patient, thorough, and really helped me build the confidence I needed to drive safely. Although I haven't taken my driving test yet, I honestly feel fully prepared and capable of passing when the time comes. Rafi's guidance made all the difference, especially when it came to driving on the freeway. I feel much more confident behind the wheel thanks to him! I only drove during my lessons due to my busy schedule, and today I passed my road test with flying colors. I'm not lying when I say he will make sure you pass. Also, the road test was easy. Right here at the Osceola Tax Collector, they have their own little section where you do the road test. Thank you, Rafi, for your guidance! :)

Fantastic experience: You NEED this driving course. I was the most nervous driver everrrrrr. Like everrr. Not a clue on how to drive at all. But when I took my course with Mr. Rafi, he made sure to teach me every button and function in the car, and was very patient with showing me how to maneuver a car until I was finally comfortable on the road. Fantastic experience: I have had two great experiences with Crown for each of my boys. Both were sick of mom and dad giving driving lessons and each had huge improvement after just a few lessons. The instructor was great and takes lots of the headaches away by scheduling the road test and providing the car for the test. All totaled, a great experience that I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I took a few hours of preparation with Francisco to take the driving test and it was a total success. He is an excellent instructor, speaks English and Spanish. As for Rafi and his wife, they did all the accompaniment on the day of the exam, providing me with the car to take the test. I got the license on the first try, following all of Francisco's instructions. I recommend this school for its professionalism, responsability and kindness.

Negative experience: I unfortunately did not have a good experience with this company. I employ help from another country and asked this school for help evaluating, improving, and making sure she understands American/ Florida rules. I paid for a large package including “road test” for her. I got zero communication from the instructors and there is a significant language barrier for my help so it just made the process that much harder. They did “sign her up” for a road test (that she could not take because there are other requirements that needed to be met, but when I asked about this- the woman kept telling me that she doesn’t do this).I never asked that they do anything extra but it would have been nice if they said, by the way you are a new driver and need a Drug/ alcohol awareness exam and apply to take a written exam. Also, I don’t consider exam prep, to be told to study the book. I inaccurately assumed that a driving school would know and understand the Florida driving laws and requirements for testing. My advice is to save yourself the extra charge ($110) and just go online and read the requirements. I Never got any feedback from school except: She’s good. I went out with her after instruction and she blew through a 4 way stop, almost collided with a car in a round about and can’t park a car in an empty parking lot! My girl did tell me they drove around Disney, and threw a few neighborhoods. Mostly this comes down to poor communication & expectations versus reality.I thought I was sourcing an important job to professionals yet I feel like they just took my money gave me zero feedback and then just asked for more money when I asked if she needed more time. If you are hiring this company for yourself or you need to fulfill a requirement you will be fine Or maybe it is better when you can all speak the same language… In the end it was worked out and the company did the right thing by me. But I would never pay the surcharge of $110 for them to tell you to “read the book” and have them “schedule you a “test” online- which takes 2 minutes.
